Summary
Z has just moved to a new town and started at a new school. After a traumatising year and a failed suicide attempt she is trying to get her life back on track and come to terms with the fact that her brother is all she has left in the world.
Her first day of school she meets Gerard and her life starts to turn around.....but things are never going to be easy for her

Gerard
Is a quiet outcast who's only friend is his brother. Falls in love with Z from the first minute she walks into his class.
Mikey
Gerard's brother and only friend.
Trick (Patrick)
Z's brother and only family after their mother passes away. Loves her more than anything and would do anything for her. Works in a guitar store.
William
Tricks friend from work who later turns into his boyfriend. Great source of comfort and support for Z.
Z
Has very low self esteem and a warped view of herself due to her past. Falls in love with Gerard but their relationship won't be easy
