Summary
Winona see's no light in the world and is conflicted in whether or not to spare her life. Although her best friend Frank is always there to support her, he's what feels like a million miles away from her. It isn't until she meets a certain Gerard Way who helps her through the darkness that they both so frequently get caught in, makes them begin to wonder, perhaps life isn't as awful as they both percieved it to be...
Story begins in 2005.
Characters
Bob Bryar
Dummer to MCR. Becomes good friends with Winona while on tour. Almost like an older brother to her.
Frank Iero
Best Friends with Winona and has been for 3 yrs. Guitarist in MCR. Persuades her to come on tour and is certain that her and Gerard are a match made in heaven.
Gerard Way
Lead singer in MCR. A little lost in the world. Convinced Winona is the reason he's still alive; the idea that they are soul mates. He does everything in his power to make her see how special she is, especially to him.
Mikey Way
Young brother of Gerard. Bass player to MCR. Becomes close to Winona and considers her an important person in his life.
Ray Toro
Guitarist in MCR. Like Bob, takes on the role as older brother for Winona. Practically would do anything for her.
Winona Winters
Abandoned. Depressed. Suicidal. She falls for Gerard against her better judgement and tries to distance herself from him and MCR, knowing what her fate will be eventually. Gerard is persistent and lets her know constantly how much her cares but she can't see it for so long...until it's too late.
