I'm Okay (Trust Me)
Summary
Mikey Way wasn't the kinda guy who liked to talk a lot. It makes him feel bothersome. However, when he meets a girl named Kara who's just as sassy as his fabulous killjoy bro, the words just flow. Not immediately. And not in front of others. But he is taken aback by how much more quickly he has gotten used to Kara than others. However, when Mikey starts noticing the hastily-covered bruises, the non-chalant lies as to how she got them, and her constant requests to stay with her friends, he starts to realize that he's not the only one who needs someone to talk to.

Connor Lee
Jack's best friend, aside from Kara of course. Quiet and Mysterious *wiggles fingers and makes ghost noises* Will make you cry at some point or another. Shows up for the first time in Chapter 7, "I Don't Love You".
Frank Iero
He's one of Kara 's best friends and the one who introduced her to the Way Bros and Princess Fro-Fro. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Gerard Way
The sassiest man you will ever come across in your life. He loves his friends and will utterly humiliate you for being a prized tool. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Jack Perkins
Kara's next door neighbor. He's pretty silly/weird most of the time but can be really scary when he's mad. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Jade Park
Jay's girlfriend. Total sweetheart, but can be kind of mischievous sometimes. First shows up in Chapter 7, "I Don't Love You"
Jay Blue (HA PUN)
Kara's brother. Kind of an asshole. Really an asshole. First shows up in Chapter 9, "This is the Best Day Ever"
Jessica Williams
A bit of a tomboy, bright red hair, rebellious, and kind of combative. She can get really giddy and excited like a little girl sometimes, though. Shows up for the first time in Chapter 18, "Teenagers".
Kara Blue
16 years old, gets along with pretty much anyone so long as they're not a complete asshole, and very open to new experiences. MAIN CHARACTA. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Mikey Way
16 years old, relatively shy, believes in unicorns, plays the bass, and is the little brother of the fantastically sassy Gee Way. Secretly bipolar. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Princess Fro-Fro
Gee's best friend with absolutely no manners. But you know you can't help but love him and his intense fro. Sees Kara as a "daughter" type. First shows up in Chapter 1, "Welcome to the Black Parade"
