The Only Hope For You Is Me

An epidemic has killed most of the world’s population. There were few to survive, because they had a rare resistance against the virus. While the epidemic was at its worst, the resistant people started to meet in big cities, so they wouldn’t be all alone when everybody around them had died.The military in the USA collected all the people, who had survived, and brought them to a military base in Georgia, because they thought that the chances to survive in a group of that size would be the best there. There were about 300 people at the base.
Frank is 18 years old. He was in 12th grade, when the epidemic broke out. His family is dead by now. Doctors had told him about his resistance, so his family had sent him to New York. He was picked up three weeks later. At this point everybody who wasn’t resistant had died. He has been living at the base for four days, when a new group of people arrives.

I'm not certain, whether my rating is correct, because I haven't figured out all of the story, yet.
