Summary
She was perfect, people would say. Her life was perfect. Perfect parents, perfect siblings, perfect home. It was as if her entire family stepped out of a TV show. And she knew that she should have no complaints about her life.
But she did.
She was trapped in her perfect world. No escape from the suffocating expectations from everyone around her. All she wanted was an escape, a way out. She wanted to live her life how she wished. Nothing seemed to change until she met him.
I am aware that they were in high school in the 90's, but I decided to have it take place during modern day. Also, ages have been tweaked so that Gerard and Ray are a year older than Frank and Mikey.
Characters
Anthony Davies
Veronica's father. He wants his family to be happy at all times.
Clara Davies
Veronica's mother. The leader of the house. Wishes for a perfect family and will do anything to get it.
Eric Davies
Veronica's brother. Has been able to see through the "perfect life" charade longer than Veronica has.
Veronica Davies
A seemingly perfect girl who craves an escape.
