After Ruby goes to bed that night I go into the kitchen and start washing the dishes while Frank reads her a bedtime story. I'm halfway done when I hear faint footsteps before two arms snake around my waist and Frank presses himself against my back, nuzzling his face into the back of my hair. "Hey baby" I greet him softly and he hums in response, his hands slipping lower to rest on my belt buckle. "You look so sexy when you wash the dishes like that" he tells me and I burst out laughing. "Housewives turn you on huh?" I ask jokingly, teasing him a bit. "Oh baby you have no idea" he says in a low sexy voice before grabbing my hips and turning me around, instantly sealing his lips over mine as his hands work on my belt. As I approach him he turns and flicks water at me, wetting the front of my shirt and I pretend to be mad before smirking and saying "You're in for it now" reaching into the sink and flicking water back. We bounce around splashing each other while laughing and before I know it my shirt is entirely soaked and clinging to my chest. "Oh geez look at that" Frank says before adding "You better take that off, wouldn't want you to get sick now would we?" I shake my head before tugging my soaked shirt off, watching the look on Franks face as he stares at my exposed body. "Fuck, no matter how many times I see you naked I still can't believe how fucking beautiful you are" he gasps out before closing the distance between us and kissing me again. I kiss back, wrapping my arms around him and pulling him closer to me. "Love you" I murmur against his lips when we pull apart and his smile is blinding. I smile back before a shiver runs through my body, being wet and shirtless leaving me chilled. "Come on baby" Frank says softly before taking my hand and leading me to the bathroom. He reaches in and starts the shower before checking the temperature and turning around to face me again. "Hop in babe, warm yourself up." "You're coming too right?" I ask and he smiles and nods, pulling his shirt over his head as I undo my pants, stepping out of them and my boxers and stepping into the shower. I sigh in relief as I step under the hot water, feeling instantly better. A few seconds later Frank steps in too and I wrap my arms around him, pulling him into my chest and under the hot water. I lean in and press my lips to his again and we stand under the hot water, sharing soft slow kisses until the water runs cold. When we get out we dry off before wrapping towels around our waists and leaving the bathroom, walking hand in hand to the bedroom where we discard the towels on the floor and climb into bed, pressing against each other as tight as we can, reattaching our lips and sharing more soft sweet kisses, gently rubbing our tongues together as our hands gently rub up and down each other's backs for ages before I pull back and bury my face in Franks neck and we fall asleep together, our naked bodies entwined.

The next day Frank goes to work after a prolonged goodbye between us at the door, one kiss turning into many lingering kisses and pleas for him to stay before he finally pulls himself away and shakes his head. "I gotta go baby I'm sorry." I pout before saying "I'll miss you." "I'll miss you too baby" he tells me before blowing me a final kiss and walking away. After Ruby finishes breakfast I tell her to go get dressed and she comes back in the most ridiculous outfit I've ever seen. "You wanna wear that?" I ask and she nods and smiles so I sigh and say "Ok whatever you want baby girl. Wanna go shopping today?" I ask and she jumps around and says "Can I get a new dolly?" "Hmm we'll see but you have to be really good." "I will be" she promises, still jumping around. I chuckle and say "Ok just let me get my shoes on and we'll go." Once we leave the apartment we walk down a few blocks until we reach a mall and go inside. We visit a few stores I want to go to including an art supply store where I buy more pencils and a new sketch pad before going to the toy store. We walk to the doll aisle and Ruby picks out a new Barbie before turning to me with pleading puppy dog eyes. "Please daddy" she begs and I can't say no to her. "Ok baby you carry it to the lady and I'll pay for it." She jumps up and down excited before walking towards the register with me. On the way we see a face painting kit and she points and says "Look daddy" looking at the picture on the packet of a boy painted like a tiger. "Should we get some? " I ask and she smiles and nods so I smile back and pick up a packet. Once we've paid for the doll and the paints we walk past a children's clothing store and I see a cute jacket with a monster face on the front and the hood has little monster horns on it so I go in and buy it for her. When we get home its still an hour before Frank is due home so I say "You wanna face paint baby?" Ruby runs over and stands infront of me while I sit on the couch and I grab the kit off the table. "What do you want to be?" I ask and she screws her face up thinking before saying "A fishy." I chuckle and shake my head before saying "Like Nemo?" And she nods her head, bouncing on the spot. "Ok sit here next to me and you gotta hold still ok?" Ruby nods and sits beside me facing me and I open the paints and start to paint. When I'm done I say "Come with me" taking her hand and leading her to the bathroom. When she sees her face in the mirror she gasps and says "Wow daddy." Just then we hear the front door open and I put Ruby down and she runs out of the room before I hear her yell "Look daddy I'm Nemo."
