Two New Chapters, Same book.

I finally had enough of the pain and I had to get up and lean on Frank, we rocked back and forth to try and ease my pain, as we rocked back and forth, Ashton was worried and he was watching me like a hawk.
“Frank is my bag in the car?” I asked him as we still rocked even after my contraction. Suddenly the front door opened and my mother and father pushed through the door.
“Baby!” My mother yelled and came running over to me, she grasped my arms and sat mw back down on the sofa, “How are you? Are you in any pain?”
“Yeah I am,” I said as I stood back up, “and sitting down is only making it worse. Thank you for watching them, were gonna go to the hospital now.” I said as I walked over to Frank.
He put on arm around my waist and kinda lifted me up to relive some of the pressure; slowly we made our way to the car.
“Be good!” I shouted to the twins as the door was closing.

As we drove to the hospital, Frank kept one of his hands rested on my knee. Because of the pain I was having, I kept fidgeting in my seat and whimpering. Frank tried to calm me down but nothing he was doing was working. I let out a breath of relief when we pulled up to the hostpital. When Frank opened the door for me a nurse was there with a wheel chair waiting for me;

“Mr. Way? Your room is ready and waiting for you?” She said.

“My room? How did you guys know I was labor?” I asked as I sat in the chair and was pushed to the room.

“We received your call.” She answered pushing me down the delivery room hall.

“Aw, Frank you called for me?” I said batting my eye lashes towards him.

“No, I didn’t.” he said scratching the back of his head, “I wonder who did?”

“That would be me.” Gerard said. He was sitting the bed of the room the nurse had brought up into.

He had a light stubble on his chin from the lack of shaving. Normally he dressed up wherever he went, just in case he ran into a student so he could scare them a bit, but he shirt wasn’t buttoned correctly and there were some stains on it, from a parent who has had newborns I knew it was baby barf.

“Gee!” I said happy to see him, he came over to me and gave me a hug.

“I was gonna call you but Lynz insisted I be here for the birth, she would be here to but she needs to stay with the baby, that reminds me, where are your babies?”

“At home with mom and dad, why don’t you have Lynz go over to our place with the baby, they can all be together while I pop this one out.”

“That sounds great.”
