Frank is from district 1 and want to bring honor back to his family that he has shamed

Grace is 12 from district 9 and has a horrid back story... she also has secret plans of her own

This is awesome! I couldn't read chapter 11 because of stupid parental controls, so I still don't know what the plan is! But it still is good! Poor Grace! ;)
