A Stain That Never Comes Off The Sheets
GERARDS POV
“Gee!” I heard Mikeys voice in the back of my head but tried to ignore it.
“Gerard, wake up! You need to get to school!”
I groaned at him and turned over in my bed. There was no chance that I was going anywhere near that place after yesterday.
“Just let me sleep, Please.” I moaned at him hoping he would leave.
“No! Mum’s up so i’ll get her to take you then!” he whined at me.
Mikey left the room but was soon back with my Mum. I rolled my eyes as they both entered. She stood wearing a neat suit and her hair was tied into the perfect bun, obviously she had work soon.
“Gerard, You have to get ready.” She told me and I looked over at her with pleading eyes.
“I don’t feel well at all, Mum.” I told her. I wasn’t lying, the feeling of seeing Josh again made me physically sick. The thought of him made me want to gag.
“You do look pretty pale” She said with a sigh. Mikey glared at me. Obviously thinking I was trying to dodge Josh. He would be partly right anyway.
“I’m not going to be in all day as always, are you sure it wouldn’t be better if you went to school?” She asked hoping I would say yes. I silently shook me head at her in disagreement.
She turned to Mikey and sighed. “Well you better be off, Mikey.” She smiled at him,
“Go and meet up with your friends, you have both made friends, yes?” She added.
We both quickly nodded our heads at her.
“Good. No problems this year, I’m going to have perfect students with no worries this time.” She grinned at us both. “I’ll have a good catch up with you both about school when I can. I really need to go to work now.” She told us both then left the room without a proper goodbye.
“Well, Good thing you didn’t tell her anything then” I said to Mikey who was still glaring at me.
“Gerard, If this is because of Josh then it’s silly. You can’t not ever go back to school.” He sighed.
“Watch me.” I said pulling the covers up tighter to me.
He sighed and shook at his head at me.
“Look, I’m going to go now. Frank is probably worried sick about you, He’ll need me to let him know you’re fine.” He muttered as he left me alone.
Frank. Fuck, I really wanted to see him. No, It was best if I stayed here far away from Josh. I was safe in my own home. I pulled my bed covers off me finally and stood from the bed, I then noticed a pain shooting up my legs and remembered last night. Fuck, I had cut my thighs for the first time, and it hurt really badly. I then looked back at my bed and realized there were blood stains on the sheets under my covers. Thank fuck I had stayed off school. I just needed to change the sheets myself. If mum asks anything I’d say I was doing her a favour. Sorted.
I quickly changed my sheets then realized I was going to have to wash the ones with blood on them. Fuck, that meant doing the same to Mums and Mikeys as well so that they don't think I'm hiding anything. I sighed to myself but went along with my idea. I had to if i wanted to get away with it. Fucking hell.
MIKEYS POV
“Mikey!” Frank squealed running over to me leaving Bob and Ray standing at the school gates. His face quickly dropped when he didn’t see Gerard with me.
“He’s apparently i’ll.” I told him before he asked.
“Oh.” He looked down to the ground in dissapointment.
“It’s bullshit, hes totally freaked out by what happened yesterday.” I sighed.
Frank looked up, “He shouldn’t be though, He should know that he has all of us.”
“Well you weren’t there for him last time.” I snapped at him.
“Don’t start that, Mikey!” He growled back, “You don’t think i hate myself as it is for that already.” He spat. “I’de never let anything or anyone hurt him again.”
I sighed. I shouldn’t have been so snappy with Frank, It wasn’t him i was mad at and he didn’t deserve it to be taken out on him.
“Look, I’m sorry Frank, Ignore me.” I looked down, “I’m just really pissed with what Josh is doing to Gerard, not at you.”
“It’s fine, We all are. Dont worry.” He said.
“Yeah but this isn’t like last time, He’s acting really weird now.” I told him still worried.
“You know what, Fuck school.” He spat, “I’m going to see Gerard.”
“Wait, what? We can’t all keep skipping school.” I announced, the geek inside me on display.
“Well I really dont care about anything other than Gerard right now.” He shrugged and walked off in the direction to my house.

Sorry for not updating in a while, I was at t I bathe park that weekend there, it's a Scottish festival :) I seen bands like the killers, stereophonics, The script, Mumford and sons etc! Loads of fun!ill update with another chapter tonight also for not posting in a while xx
