"I was wondering... Jadie" He started out. I looked at him "Wondering what?" he sighed and looked down. I could tell he was nervous.

"Do... Would You...." I sat up straighter "Gerard... What?" his eyebrows furrowed and he shifted uncomfortably "Iwantedtoknowifyoudbewillingtogoonadatewithmelaterontonight" He rushed out quickly "I. What? Gerard slower I can't understand you..."

He closed his eyes. Obviously scared of something. And I just couldn't help but think how adorable he was when he's nervous...

He then shook his head "Never mind... You'd say no anyway" He shifted nervously in his seat avoiding eye contact

"You know... You're cute when You're nervous" I smiled turning my attention away from him and down to my phone. I saw him smile out the corner of my eye.

'oh fuck it' He mumbled to himself "Jadie!" I looked at him again "Go on a date with me? Later tonight?" He was visibly shaking.

I broke out into a smile "I'd love to" He looked at me shock plastered on his face "Wait seriously" his mouth was hanging open. I laughed at his expression "Yeah why not. And close your mouth you'll catch flies" he quickly shut his mouth but his eyes remained bulged.

"Okay you tw- Gerard you look like you've seen a ghost, Everything alright?" He snapped his attention towards Miss kay "Never fucking better" He smiled jumping up and running for the door "See you later!" He called over his shoulder.

"What was that about?" She laughed "I agreed to let him take me on a date" I smiled while standing up "Ah, Lucky him. Be safe. Use protection" I rolled my eyes at her comment "I never put out on the first date"

"So how was your two-hour detention?" My brother smirked as I got into the car "Very... Interesting" He laughed "What?" His smile grew "They grow up so fast!" I shot him a curious look "What are you talking about" he rolled his eyes at me "You think with Gerard being my best friend he wouldn't have told me about the date you agreed to go on"

My face heated up "That bastard. I was supposed to tell you!" "Well you can still tell me" I shook my head "You already know, there's no point you can't share the excitement with me"

"Sure I can" He stated, as we pulled up to a red light, he started to wave his arms like an idiot, squealing "oh em gee you got a date tonight, Guuuuuuurrrrrrrl lets go get you ready, Ahhhhhhh I can't waiiiit" I looked at him in complete shock, before proceeding to laugh my ass off "Is that better, You like that?" He laughed along. All I could do at that moment was nod my head.

We heard a honk from behind us telling us to go because we hadn't noticed the light change.

"So what are you going to wear?" Frank asked from the spot where he was laying on me bed. I shrugged "Maybe the same outfit I wore when... Uh.... Jared, Took me out" Franks face hardened "I swear if that fucker comes near you again I'll fuck him up so badly. Speaking of fucking which. If you and Gerard plan to date I'm putting the fear of fucking god into him" I shrugged slightly "He wasn't as bad as Josh" I pointed out "Why are we talking about these dick heads?" He questioned. I sighed making my ay over to sit next to my brother, who sat up "Because I have a habit of choosing the terrible ones... What if he turns out like them... I mean he already hit me once in a fight at school. Who's to say he won't do it again" I was starting to second guess this whole thing "I'll kill him" I turned my attention towards my brother "But I can't see him doing that"

"Can't see who doing what?" Our heads snapped toward my door, and sure enough, Gerard was standing there "Uh... Nothing, It was-" My brother cut me off "Follow me" My eyes widened "Frank, No... I don't want him knowing" I whispered "Too bad, I'm not watching you go through the same shit one more time. I'll lose my shit, Jai, No lie" I sighed removing my hand from his are, watching him lead Gerard to god knows where.

I took that opportunity to pick out a long sleeved deep blue dress, that came to just above my knees. I accompanied it with some knee high black socks and a pair of white flats.

My brother came back into my room shortly after, Gerard following behind him, I had no clue how much Frank had told him. And now I was even more scared then I was when I had gotten asked.

"You ready to go?" He asked, with a small smile on his face "As ready as I'll ever be" I smiled back and he held out his hand for me to take... "Remeber the deal," My brother said sternly from the open door. His face was nothing less than serious. It didn't matter at that moment that he and Gerard were friends... He had to take the big brother roll.

"So, I didn't really think this one through" He laughed as we got in the car... Oh no, was he turning back? Did he not want to do this "What do you mean?" I questioned, playing with my fingers "I never planned out where I was taking you Because I never planned on you saying yes" he mumbled nervously I giggled slightly "We'll I did" My smile faltered "We don't actually have to go out you know.... However much you're being paid for this dare isn't worth a night with me"

He looked at me with shock plastered on his face "What are you talking about?" he had is full attention on me now, I shrugged "It's just usually a joke when I get asked out.... Plus you don't have anything planned, it's usually by now that I get kicked out of the car and left to walk home" I stated simply, Looking out the window at the passing scenery "It's whatever though. I'll drop it. Let's just get through the night" I turned back to him with a fake smile.

That's when he pulled the car over "Please. I don't want to talk about this anymore... I'm sorry I brought it up. I really don't want to argue over something so petty" I whispered, chewing on my lip.

"Listen to me, Jadie..." He turned me to face him "I can assure you, This is no joke. I'm asking you on my own account. Not a bet, or a dare, or a joke. I serious date, that I was too stupid to plan out before hand" I searched his eyes for any hint of lying. But only found sincerity and worry "Okay..." I whispered, averting my gaze again. Now feeling like a complete fucking twat.

"Sorry..." I said softly, letting my hair cloak my face "Hey." He whispered, tilting my face so I could look at him again. But instead o him saying anything, I was met with his lips... Fuck he was a great kisser. I could get used to this...

We pulled away and a huge grin was painted on my face "Shall we go find a place that doesn't take reservations?" He asked, Starting the car up again "I'd like that" I nodded. "Good, I'm glad" He smiled sweetly.

We decided on a small, Chinese buffet. It wasn't overly expensive. But I still felt bad that I wasn't going to keep it down for longer than I needed.

He was currently sitting across from me with the chopsticks stuck under his top lip, and frankly, that was the only thing he had been using them for. Thank god we were in the back corner. "What are. you doing?" I laughed, trying not to be too loud "I'm a walrus," He said. in the most serious tone ever, That done it. I had choked on my water. He took the chopsticks out from his mouth, laughing uncontrollably himself.... The waitress came over, wearing an annoyed look on her face "Are you ready for your bill?" She questioned, forcing one of the fakest smile I've ever seen "Uh, yeah. How much will that be" He questioned "Fifty-six thirty" "Okay, debit please" She sighed as she walked away to get the debit machine. With that being said I reached for my wallet "What are you doing?" Gerard looked at me "Getting out the money?" He looked at me as if I grew another head "You're joking, right?" I shook my head "This is how it usually goes" I said very matter of factly. He scoffed "You've been dating ass holes, Put your wallet away" He commanded, With a heavy sigh I shoved my wallet back into my purse.

What was with him?

The drive home was peaceful, But to be honest I just wanted to get home as soon as possible to get rid of all the food I had eaten, but. He took a left turn instead of a right turn. And then took a turn down a dirt road.... Yep okay. Knew there was a catch. You can't have a fun cute date night without sex or a blow job, At least that's what I've learned... But once again turns out my assumption was wrong...

As soon as he cut the engine, I paid no attention to the fact we were near a beach. Only with the thought that I figured he wanted to get into my pants. So. I took my jacket off and crawled into the back seat "Um, Jai, Whatchu doin?" He asked curiously "You at least ha a condom. Right. If not your only getting a blow job." I said in a disappointed tone "What the hell are you talking about?" I shrugged "Don't you wanna.... Do shit with me?" I avoided eye contact "Jesus, What kind of dates do you go on?" I looked up at him "Ones where I'm forced to do shit." I sighed "Well, get out of the car, Because I'm not like that, and were going to go walk up on that beach and laugh and talk. Not fuck or anything like that." I let out a breath of relief "Okay... Thank you" I smiled "It's what real men do," He said while getting out of the car.

I could tell she had been on edge all night long, I pushed it off as nerves. But the moment we got to the beach and she plopped herself in the back seat. I knew that all she'd been dating was ass wipes.I sighed angerly at the dick heads who's hurt her so badly before I opened up the back seat door and held my hand out for her to take.

The sun was just setting, and it was actually quite beautiful... There thankfully wasn't much snow on the sand, so we could comfortably walk. Slowly I grabbed her hand and she smiled up at me "It's beautiful isn't it?" She questioned, Eyes glistening as she looked out towards the waves. "It really is" I agreed. We walked along til we got to a wooden doc area, that's when she let go of my hand and excitedly stood by the railing. I watched as her smile grew when she looked at the sunset. I quickly captured a picture, Her hair was flowing back, in soft waves, She had taken her cornrows out and it left beautiful ripples in her pale purple hair. There was a smile on her gorgeous face as she looked out towards the horizon and pointed, That's when I took the picture. "Look, Gee! All the pinks and purples, Its so mesmerizing!" nothing was as pure as this moment right now, It didn't even register that she had callen me Gee. "almost as mesmerizing as you" I accidentally let slip, She turned to me with a small smile "Pardon" shit. Can I cover that up... Fuck what now. "Have I ever told you that you're cute when You're nervous?" she blushed which caused me to blush "Have I ever told you, You're cute all the time?" She giggled stepping down off the ledge and walked over to me "Who knew you'd be such a romantic" She giggled, that adorable fucking giggle, and her eyes wrinkled at the corners, and everything about her was so perfect.

Gently I pulled her into another kiss. Nothing makes me happier then Kissing her lips. I sure as hell could get used to them, She kissed back, It wasn't hungry or needy. A pure soft slow kiss. "Thank you" She whispered as we pulled away "No thank you" I smiled, lacing her fingers with my own and leading her back to the car...

"So this is the end of our night?" She asked as we pulled up to her house "Like, You don't want anything else?" She questioned "Jadie, I told you. I'm not like the other guys. I promise we will go at YOUR pace and your pace only" She nodded "okay..." She bit her lip "Well, Thank you again for this wonderful night" "Thank you for saying yes. And hopefully this won't be our last?" I looked over at her "I'd enjoy another night like this" She smiled "Good, Night Jadie" She looked over her eyes sparkling "Night, Gerard" with that she walked away. I waited till she got inside her house before driving away.


Not even three seconds after I walked into my door and Mikey was already in front of my face "How did it go? Are you guys going on another date? Did she like it? Did you take ANY pictures, Where did you go, Did you mess up, Is she ever going to talk-" "MIKEY. I swear to GOD if you don't let me sit down for AT LEAST five minutes. I'll never tell you a damned thing about my date" he clamped his mouth shut and ran into the living room, sitting patiently on the love seat.

I walked into the kitchen and saw our mother washing dishes "Hey sweetie, Did it go well?" I smiled "It went great momma" I saw the relief in her eyes "oh, I'm so glad. She sounds so much better than that Lindzy chick" I laughed at her response.

"So, So, So, So, SO, SO-" "Micheal!" His eyes widened at his full name "Please tell me" He pleaded. And so I went on about how perfect she was and how perfect the night was.

"You are one minute and 27 seconds late" I heard my brother call from the family room I chortled at his comment "So sorry moooom, Never will happen again" I hear him snort before seeing him walk into view "So, Did it end up like the others?" He cracked his knuckles "Surprisingly no... I mean he paid and everything. Then took me to watch the sunset" Frank relaxed "Good. I'm glad to hear that. So I'm guessing it went well?" I nodded "It was, dare I say perfect" "Well good. Night Jadie" "Night, Frankie"

Frick I loved this chapter. And I hate myself because I'm already thinking about how I'm going to end this book. But don't worry (Not that anyone is, because honestly there are better books than mine out there) I'm not ending it for a while. Theres still alot of other ideas up in my head besides a cute af ending.
