Frank’s POV

It’s been a year since Quinn done those unforgivable things to Gerard and he was slowly getting better up his was still struggling with his PTSD and he was recently diagnosed with depression and so far he seemed to be coping with it but Gerard was good at hiding on how he was feeling but it was normally too late before I could help him get himself back up again.

“I’m so nervous.” Gerard said as he walked in the kitchen messing with his tie.
“You are going to be fine, You’ve got me, Mikes and the guys right beside you.” I said as I walked over to him and helped him with his tie.
I rested my hand on his cheek and brushed my thumb over his scar he had on his cheek and Gerard smiled sadly at me.
“I love you.” I said and that brightened Gerard’s smile up.
“I love you too.” Gerard said quietly and I kissed him which Gerard returned.
“The guys will be here soon, I’ll just go and get ready.” I said and Gerard nodded.
I was heading towards the bedroom when the doorbell which made me sigh as Gerard wouldn’t answer the door if he knew I was around.
I walked towards the door and opened it.
“You guys are early.” I said as I looked at Max, Ed and Sebastian.
“Well we was hoping for coffee and breakfast.” Max said and I frowned at him.
“Couldn’t you get something while you was coming over?” I asked.
“Would but we have no money, you know since the club has been shut down and we have no jobs so we have no money.” Ed said.
“I did say you guys could come and work for me and Austin, the offer is still there if you need money.” I said as I shrugged my shoulders.
“We’ll think about it, but first you need to put some clothes on as we don’t want to see the package.” Max said.
“Well you shouldn’t be looking. Gee is somewhere in the kitchen.” I said as Max, Ed and Sebastian walk in.
“Well it’s hard not to look when your just in your pants, and the tattoos massive turn on.” Sebastian said and Max looked at Sebastian.
“Don’t let Guy head you say that.” Ed said as he walked to the sitting room.
I just rolled my eyes and headed to the bathroom and had a shower and ran to the bedroom since I forgot a towel and I wasn’t used to having guest round so neither me or Gerard kept towels in the bathroom unless it was hand towels.
It was when I was looking round in the bedroom when I realized that Gerard had taken the towels out for washing.

“Fuck sake Gerard.” I muttered under my breath and opened the door and peered my head round the door.
“Babe, Come here a sec.” I said loud enough for Gerard to hear me and he walked round the corner and I moved so he could walk into the bedroom.
“We have no towels?” I said but it came out as a question.
“Shit, I forgot to leave one out for you and all the towels are in the wash.” Gerard said but he walked over to the end of the bed and looked under the mountain of clothes we had piled up at the end of the bed and pulled out a towel.
“You are a fucking life saver.” I said as Gerard handed me the towel and he just stared at me and he looked down when I caught him looking.
“Now you are allowed to look, Sebastian on the other hand isn’t allowed to look.” I said as I dried myself off.
“He was looking at you?” Gerard asked.
“Yeah, I was just in my pants though.” I said and Gerard rolled his eyes at me.
“Hurry up Yeah, we have to leave in 15 minutes.” Gerard said and I nodded as Gerard walked past me and I caught hold of his hand and gently pulled him towards me.
“Today is going to be a good day.” I said as I kissed Gerard which he returned.
“I hope so.” Gerard said quietly as he pulled away and walked out the room and left me to quickly get dressed and make myself look presentable.

We got outside of the courthouse and Gerard’s grip on my hand got a lot tighter.
“Gee, loosen your grip.” I said and Gerard looked at me and smiled a Sorry smile as his grip loosened very slightly but at the moment was a literal nightmare for Gerard.
“Hey guys, sorry I’m late.” Some dude said as he stood next to Sebastian.
“It’s fine, think we need to move before Gee proper freaks out here.” I said and looked at Gerard who looked like he was about ready to do a runner.
“Let’s go inside.” I said and I put my hand on top of Gerard’s arm which made him jump and look at me.
“I need to get out of here.” Gerard said quietly and I stood in front of him and made him look at me and I didn’t notice that the others had left us alone.
“Baby look at me.” I said softly hoping that Gerard would focus on me for just a few minutes before his eyes started darting round the place and him being on edge.
“You can do this, I know it’s going to be hard because you are going to be giving evidence but I know you can do this. Once you get this over and done with all you have to do is come back for the sentencing and then you are free. You are free from him and that other bastard.” I said and I rested my hand on Gerard’s cheek which didn’t have a scar on it.
“I don’t want to relive it. It’s bad enough that every night is just a nightmare, everything reminds me of what they did to me.” Gerard said and I pulled him into a hug and kissed the side of his head and I noticed some camera people since this case was actually shocking enough to make the news.
“Baby we need to move now before the press cotton on who we are.” I said and when I looked up it was too late and the press was making their way towards us.
“Baby, promise me you won’t freak out okay.” I said quietly as I caught hold of Gerard hand and I started walking and Gerard followed a step behind and soon we was pretty much mobbed by the press and having flashing lights from the cameras and people firing questions and I looked at Gerard out the corner off my eye and saw he was not okay so I gave his hand a squeeze which he responded to with a tap of his finger which was his way of saying he wasn’t okay.
We was almost at the top step when someone stood in front of us.
“Can you tell us how you feel about today?” This person said and studied the microphone in our faces and I pushed it away.
“Me and my partner do not wish to talk about this.” I said seriously and we went to walk off and the person put the microphone back in front of us.
“How do you feel about your partners past?” The person asked and again I pushed the microphone out of our way but it was a bit more harder than before.
“I will say it again, me and my partner do not wish to talk about this. Now kindly move out of our way.” I said seriously and this time the person gave up and I barged past them with Gerard following and we went inside when my full attention went to Gerard who was heading towards a panic attack.
“Baby, can you hear me?” I asked and Gerard nodded and he automatically put his hand on my chest and looked at me.
“That’s it Babe, nice big breaths and focus on me.” I said and not long after that Gerard calm down and everyone who was with us joined us.
“We have 10 minutes to get to the court room.” Max said and I nodded and looked at Gerard who was miles away inside of his head which wasn’t a good sign especially when he was going to be giving evidence.
“He’s not up to it.” Ed said and I looked at him.
“Gee is tough he can do this.” Max said and he reached out to touch Gerard’s hand and Gerard jump and moved his hand quickly out of Max’s reach and he looked at Max in a hard expression which soon softened.

“Hey guys sorry I’m late, school wouldn’t let me out after lessons.” Mikey said as he panted and sorted himself out.
“Hey Gee, how you feeling?” Mikey asked and I could sense Gee was in a foul mood for some reason and after being the person on the receiving end of his foul moods I was glad it was someone else.
“I’m not a fucking retard, don’t speak to me as if I am one.” Gerard spat and he let go of my hand and he walked way from us and I kept an eye on him until he found a bench and sat down and tried to get himself together.
I looked at Mikey who looked hurt.
“And I can now welcome you into my world, part from that was pretty mild compared to what he has said to me.” I said and Mikey frowned at me.
“Just don’t take it to heart.” I said as I patted his shoulder and went over to Gerard.
“Alright babe?” I asked and Gerard sighed and looked at me.
“Yeah.” Gerard said quietly.
“You ready for this?” I asked and Gerard shook his head and I kissed the side of his head and rested my head against the side of his head.
“You’ve got this, just tell them everything you have told me.” I whispered and Gerard looked at me and smiled at me.
“Frank, Gee, we need to go.” Max said and I nodded and got up and offered Gerard my hand which he took and we headed towards the court room

“Mr Way can you please tell us how you came about on meeting Mr Mundy.” Quinns lawyer said.
“I met Quinn while I was looking for a job after mine and my brothers parents abandon us.” Gerard said as he tried to look up but in his nature he stayed looking at the floor and away from Quinn’s eye.
“Did you know he owned the club?” Quinns lawyer asked.
“Not to begin with, Quinn came across as kind and caring and that he wanted to help me and my brother.” Gerard said and I noticed his arm moving.
“He’s hurting himself.” I whispered to Max.
“I know, but we can’t exactly do anything about it though.” Max whispered back and I sighed and focused on Gerard.
“How did it all start then?” Quinn’s lawyer asked and I noticed a tear roll down Gerard’s cheek.
“We need to do something, he’s gonna proper freak if we sit here and do nothing.” I whispered to Max again.
“We can’t do nothing Frank, you know this.” Max whispered back.
It’s was some other person speaking now but I didn’t hear what they said.
“He used me for sex, he used to push me out onto the streets and made me sell myself when I was 17 years old and then he got me working in his club at the age of 19. He bloody raped me so many times I lost count.” Gerard said quickly proper losing it and I looked at Max who gave me the same worried look on his face.
“This scar on my cheek, isn’t the only one he gave me. The night he gave me this he raped me along with 3 other people he raped me and he beat me to the point I needed to go to hospital.” Gerard said quickly and felt his scar on his cheek.
“Jesus Christ he’s proper losing it now.” Mikey whispered.
“He kidnapped me, tortured me and he raped me more times than anyone knows. If he doesn’t get done for the shit, sorry I mean actually I’m not sorry, if he doesn’t get done for the shit he has done to me then the law is just as fucked as what I thought it was now I have finished here and I need to leave.” Gerard said and he got up and walked off and I did the same and I walked out and went looked for Gerard.

I found Gerard sat outside smoking so I sat next to him.
“You hurt yourself?” I asked softly and Gerard looked down.
“I’m sorry.” Gerard whispered and I pulled him too my side and kissed the top of his head.
“It’s okay, I was expecting it.” I said quietly and I took the cigarette from Gerard and started to smoke it myself.
Someone cleared their throat and I looked up and saw Max, Ed, Sebastian, his man friend and Mikey.
“Their keeping him in jail as he is a risk to Gerard.” Mikey said and I nodded.
“I don’t know about you but I could do with something alcoholic.” Sebastian said as he lent into his man friends chest.
“Austin should be at the club, we can go there before it opens up.” I said and looked at Gerard.
“Fancy going for a drink?” I asked Gerard.
“I need to take my medication first.” Gerard said quietly.
“And get out of this fucking suit.” Gerard spat and yanked at his tie and I put my hand on top of his.
“I could help with that if you want.” I whispered in Gerard’s ear and he looked at me with this glimmer in his eye.
“Mike’s you know where the club is don’t you.” I said and Mikey nodded.
“Yeah, will you be joining us?” Mikey asked.
“Frank will, I might but I’m not sure.” Gerard said and I looked at him with a frown and Gerard stood up and I followed his lead.
Gerard walked off and I looked at Mikey.
“Take the guys to the club, I’ll stay with Gee and make sure he is okay.” I said to Mikey and he nodded.
“Follow me if you want something alcoholic.” Mikey said and he walked off and everyone followed him part from me and I looked and saw Gerard waiting for me and I went over to him and he caught hold of my hand and we went home.

The front door opened and shut and a load of people speaking loudly made their way through the house.
I stood up and saw that Max and Sebastian was just fucked and Ed was looking at me with a Sorry look on his face and it was the same for Sebastian man friend.
“Frank I’m so sorry, they are both fucked out of their faces and I couldn’t walk them to the other side of town.” Mikey said and I smiled.
“It’s fine, there’s enough space for everyone to stay the night.” I said and a wash of relief went over Mikey’s face.
“Where’s Gee?” Mikey asked as he looked around.
“Having a nap and I wouldn’t suggest going to our room and he will be currently naked on top of the covers as I couldn’t move him after he passed out.” I said and Mikey looked at me.
“I don’t need to know, anyway is it okay if Tony come round? He has his house to himself and he wants to come round.” Mikey said.
“Yeah it’s fine.” I said and I looked up and saw Gerard standing in the doorway wrapped in a blanket.
I walked round Mikey and went over to Gerard.
“You wearing anything under there?” I asked and Gerard nodded.
“Did they wake you up?” I asked softly and Gerard nodded as he rested his head on my should and I wrapped my arms round him.
“I’m sorry baby, Max and Sebastian are drunk and Mikes couldn’t walk them to the other side of town.” I explained Gerard nodded.
“It’s fine, it’s just my medication I took was really strong and I don’t take it that often so I’m just bushed at the moment.” Gerard said quietly as he moved and wrapped the blanket more around himself.
“You should of said and we wouldn’t of had sex if you feel like this afterwards.” I said as I moved some hair from Gerard’s hair.
“It’s fine, it’s all my medication.” Gerard said and I smiled and kissed Gerard softly which he returned.
“I need coffee.” Gerard said as he walked round me and headed towards the kitchen.
“Gerard!” Sebastian said loudly which made Gerard jump and his head snapped round to see the drunken mess Sebastian was in.
I just rolled my eyes and walked over to Sebastian.
“Sebastian, Gee has just woken and he doesn’t need you shouting in his face.” I said and Sebastian looked at me and he was going to say something but he decided not to say anything and went back to the sitting room where Max has decided to have some sort of a party.
“Jesus Christ your friends are a pain in the ass.” I said as I lent against the side and Gerard chuckled.
“Aren’t they just, just count your blessings that Rueben isn’t here. Things will be getting broken.” Gerard said as he tapped his finger on the side as he impatiently waited for the kettle to boil.
“Thank god for that.” I said and Gerard chuckled slightly.
“I’ll meet you in the sitting room.” I said as I kissed Gerard’s cheek.
“Okay.” Gerard said and I walked in the sitting room.

“So I never got your name.” I said to Sebastian man friend as Gerard, Max, Sebastian and Tony drank getting drunk or even more drunk.
“I’m Guy, Sebastian partner.” Guy said and I frowned at him.
“Guy? Your fucking with me now.” I said and looked at Mikey shook his head.
“Sorry. All I can say is how the fuck do you cope with that nutter?” I said as I looked at the group of lads messing around playing some game.
“Lots of sex that’s all I’m saying.” Guy said and I chuckled as Mikey pulled a face.
“He does have ADHD, so he’s always hyper and he hardly sleeps.” Guy said and I chuckled.
“Does Max have a person he belongs too?” I asked and I looked at Mikey.
“Yeah, But Alec is in the army and he’s currently posted somewhere until the summer.” Mikey said.
“So he hasn’t been around since this whole Quinn thing has been happening?” I asked and Guy shook his head.
“Max has probably told him and it’s probably a good thing Alec is a tank compared to any of us and he would of killed Quinn.” Mikey said and Gerard got up and walked towards the bathroom.
“Babe, you okay?” I asked as I looked over the sofa.
“Gonna chunder.” Gerard muttered But I just about heard but I didn’t understand what he meant by chunder.
“Okay, what does Gee mean when he says chunder? I’ve never heard him say it before.” I said and someone laughed and I looked and saw Sebastian lead on his stomach and Max was on his phone frowning at something.
“He’s gonna vomit.” Sebastian said and laughed.
“Oh lovely.” I said and looked at Max who had gotten up and walked to the kitchen.
“I’m in bed.” I heard Gerard say and I got up and watched Gerard walk to our room and I could just about see him stripping and collapsing on the bed.
I left everyone else to get on with what they was doing and I checked on Max.

“You alright Max?” I asked and Max nodded as he eyes stayed glued to his phone.
“Max tell me what’s wrong.” I said and Max looked at me and showed me his phone and it was saying some soldiers had been killed.
“I haven’t heard from Alec in 3 days, that isn’t like him.” Max sniffed and I pulled him into a hug which Max returned and held me tightly.
“I’m sure he’s okay.” I said quietly and Max sniffed and he began to cry a bit harder and Mikey came walking out to the kitchen.
“Max, what’s up.” Mikes said as he put his hand on Max’s shoulder.
“I haven’t heard from Alec for 3 days and some soldiers have been killed where Alec is posted.” Max said as he moved from me to Mikey.
“He’s going to be fine Max, he always is.” Mikey said quietly as he comforted Max.
“I would say you could share the bed with Gee for the night but he has literally stripped himself naked and is just flopped on the bed so I’ve got the battle of getting into bed.” I said and Max sniffed as he pulled back and looked at me and smiled.
“It’s fine.” Max said quietly.
“I’ll just Cuddle the really big cushion you have.” Max sniffed and I chuckled and walked over and kissed the top of his head.
“I’ll leave some blankets out and you guys can fight over them.” I said and I went to get some blankets and cheeked on Gerard who was snoring and was on my side of the bed snoring loudly and he had managed to get himself under the covers but only his top half was covered.

“Baby, you going to move over?” I asked as I touched his leg and made Gerard snort loudly in his sleep.
“Fuck off and let me sleep you cunt.” Gerard mumbled as he rolled over and groaned loudly as he did so which made me chuckled slightly as I stripped down to my pants and climbed into bed.
“Is that you Frankie.” Gerard said sleepily as he rolled back over groaning as he did and opened on eye.
“Yeah it’s me.” I whispered as I got comfy and Gerard cuddling into my side.
“Sorry I called you a cunt.” Gerard mumbled as he fell back asleep again.

“I forgive you.” I mumbled as I kissed the top of Gerard’s head and let sleep take over me.
