Gerard’s POV

I woke up and I had this dull headache on the go and it was one of those headaches that really hurt no matter if you took painkillers or not.
Frank rolled over and cuddled into my back.
“How’s your head this morning?” Frank asked sleepily and I rolled over so I could face him and cuddle more into his chest.
“It really hurts.” I mumbled into his chest which made Frank chuckle.
“You did drink a lot last night.” Frank said as he messed with my hair.
“Hey, Max could really do with a friend right now.” Frank said and I looked at Frank confused on what he was on about.
“Alec hasn’t spoken to Max for 3 days and some stuff has happened where Alec was and Max is really worried that something has happened to Alec.” Frank sad and I sighed loudly as I rolled myself away from Frank and sat up which made me groan loudly as Frank chuckled beside me.
“Way too hungover to be dealing with Max’s drama but someone has to help the poor bastard.” I said as I threw the covers off me and looked at the pile of clothes on the floor and found my pants and sweats and put them on and walked out the bedroom and made a b-line to the kitchen for much needed coffee.

I walked out to the kitchen and saw Max stood by the window smoking looking lost and his phone was right beside him.
“Coffee?” I asked as Max jumped and looked at me.
“Coffee sounds good.” Max said quietly and I put the kettle on and walked over to him and picked up his packet of cigarettes and started to smoke one as I sat next to Max and pulled him to my side.
“He could be dead Gee and I don’t know as nobody has told me anything.” Max sobbed and I moved so Max could rest his head on my shoulder and I rested mine on top of his and I kissed the top of his head.
“Have you been to your house? Maybe they’ve been too your house.” I said softly and Max shook his head.
“He always stayed with his parents when he was home and then he would spend the weekend with me.” Max sniffed loudly.
“Well, why don’t you phone his parents and find out from them.” I said and Max nodded as he brought another cigarette to his lips.
“Do they know about you and Alec?” I asked and Max nodded.
“Yeah, they said I was pretty much family now. All they was doing was waiting for Alec to be a man and get down on one knee.” Max said with a sad smile.
“I’m sure that it’ll happen soon.” I said quietly as the kettle boiled and I went to move when a hand lightly touched me which made me freeze.
“Easy babe, it’s just me.” Frank said and I felt him kiss the top of my head and I watched him head over to the kettle and making us all drinks.
“Have you been too sleep yet?” I asked and Max shook his head.
“Go into mine and Frank’s room and get some sleep. You’ll feel a lot better afterwards.” I said and Max sighed.
“I’m going to go home Gee.” Max said quietly as he flicked his cigarette out the window and moved away from me.
“You want me to come with you?” I asked and Max smiled slightly.
“Think your boyfriend would have something to say about that.” Max said and I looked at Frank who was just walking from the sitting room.
“He’s not that bad. He understands Max and if you want me to come home with you then I will as that’s what best friends do.” I said and Max looked at me.
“Na, you stay here I was going to go to Alec parents to see what was happening after I freshen up and don’t smell like beer and cigarettes.” Max said and I smiled at him and kissed the side of his head.
“I’m here if you need to talk to someone.” I said and Max nodded.
“I know, thanks Gee.” Max said and I pulled him into a hug which Max returned.
Max pulled back and he walked off.
“Let me know what happens Max. You’re not in this alone.” I said after Max.
“I will.” Max said before he walked out the house.

After everyone cleared out the house I made a start of cleaning up the mess we all made last night.

“Christ do I really have to explain it? We was in a open relationship, I liked Max and then he said he was with Alec and that’s when we got in some sort of relationship.” I said and looked at me shocked.
“I’m a slut what do you expect.” I said and Frank shook his head.
“You like sex, who doesn’t like sex. Doesn’t make you a slut for liking sex. Christ I like a awful lot of sex but that doesn’t make me a slut.” Frank said and I looked at him.
“You don’t care?” I asked confused about Franks reaction.
“Your past, I wasn’t part of that bit of your past so I have no reason to judge you. Although it does explain why you and Max are close. But I know I have no reason to worry because you love me too much.” Frank said and I smiled.
“I do love you, and I love you a awful lot, probably too much for one person to give. I would never dream of cheating on you.” I said and Frank broke into a huge smile as he walked over to me and pulled me into huge hug and lifted me up in the air which made me squeak at first but it quickly turned into me giggling.
“I can’t breath babe.” I said and Frank set me down on the floor.
“I feel like going out for dinner.” Frank said and I gave him a look.
“You can do this babe, there’s even a surprise at the end of it all.” Frank said and I frowned at him.
“You know I don’t like surprises.” I said and Frank chuckled and he kissed me.
“But you’ll like this surprise.” Frank said and he slapped my ass.
“Go get ready.” Frank said and he walked off and I frowned as I walked off and got ready.

Frank took us too a really nice little pizza shop where we both just pigged our since we haven’t eaten all day so we was pretty hungry and now we was just walking around while I was trying not to freak out but at the same time I wanted to do this and get over my fear that Quinn was going to kidnap me again.
Frank stopped walking and I crashed into him since I was t really paying that much attention and just letting Frank guide me to wherever we was going.
“I’m sorry.” I said quietly and Frank chuckled and kissed me hand which made me smile shyly at him and Frank sat down and I did the same part from I sat in front of him and Frank wrapped is arms round my shoulders.
“So we’ve been together for how long now?” Frank asked and I frowned as I thought about it.
“I believe it’s been 3 years.” I said and Frank kissed my cheek.
“So in those 3 years we’ve been through a lot.” Frank said and I frowned and I turned round and looked at Frank.
“Yeah we’ve been through and awful lot but it’s mainly been me and I don’t think I’ve could of done any of this without you being by my side.” I said and kissed Frank which he returned.
“I love you Gee and I want you in my life forever. We’ve been through so much together and I think that’s only made us stronger as a couple which is why I want to ask you a very important question.” Frank said and he looked through his pockets and he pulled out a box and opened it and there was a ring inside it.
“Gee I love you so much it hurts sometimes, I want to know if you would like to marry me and be mine forever.” Frank said and I smiled the biggest smile I have ever smiled and I kissed Frank hard.
“So what answer is that?” Frank asked.
“Yes, yes I’ll spend the rest of our lives with you.” I said and offered Frank my hand which he took and put the ring in my finger and I just looked at the ring.
“It’s so beautiful.” I whispered and Frank kissed my forehead.
“Anything for you babe.” Frank said quietly.
“Can’t believe we’re engaged, I never thought this would happen.” I whispered.
“Well it is. You’ll be mine forever now.” Frank said and I looked at him.
“Can’t fucking wait. Iero-way. It has a ring to it.” I said quietly and Frank smiled as he moved and started to kiss my neck.
“You need to get me home and into the bedroom.” I whispered and Frank chuckled as he pulled back and smirked at me and stood up and helped me up and we headed home as quickly as we could walk.

“It’s Max, Alec is okay. He’s hurt but he’s okay. They’ve given Alec time off and he’s coming home so Max will be happy.” I said and I rolled onto my back.
“That’s good.” Frank responded and I rolled over to look at expression and it show he really could give two shits on what was happening.
“Try and look a bit more happier.” I chuckled as I started to mess with Franks hair.
“I don’t even know the guy.” Frank said and I smiled and I lent over and kissed his cheek which made Frank look at me.
“I know but you can try and look a bit happier, for Max since he was really worried about Alec.” I said.
“I can’t help that my face makes me look like I’m angry.” Frank said I laughed.
“Yeah but I love your resting bitch face.” I said and kissed Frank.
“It’s 4 in the morning so I’m going to sleep.” Frank said as he rolled over and I pouted as I moved closer to Frank.
“Don’t like being the big spoon.” I grumbled as I cuddled into Franks back.
“Tough, I want to be little spoon.” Frank mumbled and I just swung my arm round Frank which made Frank chuckle.

“I win.” Frank muttered and I just let sleep take over my body.
