3rd Person POV



Frank sat at the edge of his bed, he had been awake all night long. The anxiety of going back to school was killing him. Frank could remember all the times his mother gave him pep talks about this kind of stuff, but he knew she didn't really mean anything she said. She could never relate to Frank.. not one bit.

Frank eventually tilted himself back and laid his head down on his hands. He tried to relax, but he just couldn't. 'What if-..' and 'He'll never let me forget' 's roamed around Frank's head till the sun raised and his mother opened his bed room door.

"It smells like smoke in here."

"I'm not as careful as I used to be.." Frank muttered.

"Your up?"

"Yes.. I'm quite conscious."

"Did you stay up all night.. doing .." .. she cringed.."drugs?".

Frank cackled, "No. I've been here, in the same spot. Doing nothing but looking at my walls. I'm afraid I've gone quite mad."

"Well you sure have lost your manners, Frankie."

"Don't forget, my respect." Frank sat up and smiled wickedly at his mother, she just rolled her eyes and mumbled 'get ready', before she walked out and slammed his door shut. Again.

Frank sighed, he moved over to his wardrobe and picked out a boring grey shirt with an oversized black cardigan. He also grabbed a random pair of skinny jeans from his dresser drawer, not even looking to see the color.

Frank then made his way to the bathroom, it had been a few days since his last shower. His hair was greasy it looked black rather brown. Frank shrugged and ran a hand through it.

He popped open his medicine cabinet and grabbed his thick old black glasses. He had lost his contacts, he was pretty sure his mom took them to make his life even harder. That's something she would do. Or maybe Frank was too angsty for his own good.

Frank then popped on his piercings and made his way downstairs for breakfast.

Gerard sat outside the school yard, waiting to be let in. He had a meeting with the principal first thing this morning. He grabbed his lighter and flicked it on, he didn't have any cigarettes with him now but he just liked looking at the fire. There was something beautiful about the flame.

A few people were there with him, cars had already been parked and some kids were giving him nasty looks. "What?" he barked at them, and flicked off his light. The kids shrugged and walked back to the parking lot.

And then at the corner of his he spotted a little figure, Gerard turned to face it. Ready to spook off another random bystander.

It was Frank. He had a cigarette loosely hanging from the side of his mouth. Whenever he brought his eyes up, and spotted Gerard he quickly turned around and walked away.

"Wait, come on Frank! I-.." Gerard was cut off by a firm grasp on his shoulder. Gerard growled and turned to face whoever it was.
"I'll be seeing you now Mr.Way." the principal spoke. Gerard's expression broke and cowardly followed the man.

Frank turned around once more before he went to hide in his car, Gerard was no longer there. He took another puff before throwing his cig on the lot.

I'm sorry for the shitty timing and shitty writing.. I had originally wrote a long better chapter an hour ago, but my computer shut off for no reason and I just kind of felt defeated. I just got back from my vacation, it was fun. How are you guys?
