Spirits of the Dead

Frank's POV
As of right now, we were laying down on my bedroom floor reading comic books. Today has been really fun with the guys even if our parents were in the house. A knock was heard upon my door, accompanied by a voice, that voice belonging to Donna. "Boys, dinner is ready." She said. We all stood up really fast since we were starving. I opened my door and we all practically ran towards the dinner table. We all digged in once my mom was finish serving the last plate. "Excuse me boys, but have some manners. Frank you know better. Let us wait for Donald and Donna." My mom said sternly. We all apologized and patiently waited for all of them to sit down then digged in. "So, Gerard, tell me about yourself." My mom asled Gerard. Oh god! Gerard stopped eating and looked towards me and gulped nervously. I gave him a sorry facial as Donna gave him a encouragingly one. "Well..uh..I like to draw comic books, I'm actually working on one at the moment. I also sing, not that much, but at times I do. I also enjoy the type of music your son listens to, Black Flag, Misfits, Iron Maiden, and obviously David Bowie. I'm also a horror movie fanatic, so in reality I'm just like your son." He said. I made a mental note about asking him about singing. My mom nodded approvingly towards my direction. "And what's your intentions towards my son?" He looked at me and then looked at her, serious written all over his face. "My intention towards your son would be to make him happy, as much as he makes me. He makes me feel wanted, acceptable, and worth something. I don't know if Frank had told you, but before I had talked to Frank I was a complete jerk towards him and many people, due to confusion. Confusion towards my sexuality. But, Frank offered help and eventually made me realize that I was also into guys. He offered help even though I was always rude to him. That's what I appreciate more about him, his personality. Frank has made a huge great impact within days and I can now say that he has made me more happier than any body else. Everytime I see him, it's like bats grow in my stomach. Every time I look at his eyes, I get lost by the beauty of them. Every time I just see him, I feel like I'm complete, I forget the world around us by just staring at his angelic face. And oh, let me not forget about that beautiful smile. He smiles so stunning that he makes me see happiness itself! He truly have changed me and I don't think he's aware how grateful I am for that. I truly have fallen for him." Gerard said, finishing off by giving me a big, warming, and loving smile that seems to make me melt. I teared up and mouthed an 'I love you', in which he returned. Everything was silent until Pete started clapping, with Mikey following his action. "That was truly beautiful! Mikey why can't you be like that?" Pete asked playingly. Mikey pushed him, pretending to be mad, in which caused for Pete to apologize and practically beg a kiss from Mikey. And of course, Mikey gave in and gave him one. I turned towards Donna and Donald. Noticing that Donna was tearing up, and Donald looking proud. I then turned towards my mother. Which I also noticed that she was as well tearing up. "Oh god Gerard! How could I not approve of you after that amazing lovingly speech? You're so romantic! But, I only have one question, and If you answer the answer, I want you to answer, I'll approve of you." My mom said. "Why thank you, but I realy meant all of that. I truly love him. And what's the question?" "The Lost Boys, you said you were a horror movie fanatic so clearly you at least had seen it. Who plays the antagonist and protagonist?" She asked. "The antagonist would be Max, the secondary antagonist would be David. The protagonist of course would be Michael Emerson. Great movie by the way!" He said, obviously feeling proud. My mom turned to me and simply nodded. I smiled bigger than I had ever have. I couldn't contain my happiness and kissed Gerard right there, in front of his family, and my mother. He kissed back and our kiss was just sweet and lovingly which both Gerard and I earned 'awe's' by everyone, including Donald. "Okay, okay! Now time for dessert!" Pete exclaimed. Mikey just sighed, while everyone laughed. My mom and Donna went to prepare the dessert, while I decided to ask Gerard about singing. "It's a long story. I'll tell you later." He said holding my hand. I nodded understandingly and turned towards our mothers who were bringing pieces of brownies to the table. Both Mikey and Gerard 'Oohed' at the sight, obviously excited about the brownies. I'm guessing they love them. I got one and once I took a bite, I understood why Gerard and Mikey 'Oohed'. This is fucking amazing! Everyone was stuffing their face while muttering 'Thank you's' to Donna which caused her to laugh lovingly. After we were finished we moved towards the living room where we were discussing about our lives. "I applied for this Salon and it turns out I got hired! I'll be starting to work this Monday!" My mom said excitedly. It seems like her and the parents of the Ways hit it off immediately. "Don't tell me it's the salon right next to a grocery store!" Donna said. "Yeah that's the one, why?" "Oh Linda! I work there!!!" Donna exclaimed rather excitedly. They both squealed while Donald looked at them like they were crazy. Donna then started to give my mom tips and the gossip of who works there. The boys and I decided to watch a movie, picking The Lost Boys. I wonder why. Time passed by and Mikey and Pete were now cuddling while becoming more sleepy by the minute. Two minutes passed and they were both out. Both Gerard and I looked at each other while smirking deviously. We stood up and snapped some pictures of them cuddling, then I started looking for some sharpies. Once I found them I gave them to Gerard since he's the more artistic of this 'relationship.' He drew a skeleton with a uniform who was I'm assuming, marching onto Mikey's cheek. Writing Pete's name around it. He then drew a cancer patient onto Pete's cheek writing Mikey's name around it as well. I truly adored those drawings, they were amazing! A knock scared the living shit of us which was caused by Donna. She came to tell Gerard that they were leaving already, and to wake Mikey and Pete up. He nodded and did as he was told. I stared at their cheeks in admiration once they had woken up, which caused them to notice me staring. "What's wrong?" Mikey asked while putting on his boots. "Oh nothing!" Gerard said. They eyed us suspiciously but shrugged it off eventually. They both said their 'goodbyes' and 'see you soons' as so did I. "Did you like the drawings?" Gerard asked me. "Loved them actually." I responded. He laughed and said a 'thank you'. "So tomorrow's the big day!" He said excitedly. "Uh huh! Can't wait!" I said excitedly as well. "You'll love what I have planned though." He said pulling me to a hug. "I'm sure I will." I said while taking in his scent. We stood there, embracing each other, but of course we were interrupted. "Gerard hurry up! It's getting late!" Donna yelled. We laughed and headed towards the living room, but with me pausing the movie first. They were all waiting to excuse themselves in the living room. Donna and Donald hugged me while saying 'goodbyes' and 'see you soons' as well did I, again. They thanked my mom once again and Gerard even hugged her. "Thank you mam, I appreciate your approve tons!" He said. "No problem Gerard, just don't break my baby's heart!" She warned while pointing a finger to him. Gerard shook his head immediately. "Oh no! I wouldn't dream of it!" He said assuringly. My mom nodded and hugged him once again. Gerard then kissed me goodbye and they all left. My mom closed the door and turned towards me. "My baby has a boyfriend! My baby has a boyfriend!" She yelled while skipping around our living room. I groaned happily.
