Black Is The Color Of My True Love's Hair
Chapter 4: I love the ground where on he stands (PART 1)
Frank POV
My studio apartment amazed Gerard the second we entered. He allowed his eyes to wander as I led him through the enormous drawing room and into the master bedroom.
“I graduated high school early.” I said softly. “My parents gave me my own place. Now, it’s yours too.”
I went over to the closet and pulled out a small pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I handed them to Gerard.
"These are for now until we buy you some clothes, baby."
Gerard blushed at the nickname. Suddenly, he stepped back, tightening his knuckles on the clothes.
"H-How am I supposed t-to pay you? D-Do I..."
"No, Gerard," I said, pulling him into my arms and kissing his forehead, "Here, you will never have to do anything you don't want to."
"T-Then how...."
"Don't worry about it."
I took his hand and led him to the bathroom. There, I opened the water to a warm setting and handed him a clean towel.
He looked at me strangely.
"I'll wait for you in the kitchen."
I was about to leave when he took hold of my arm.
"Why are you doing this?" He whispered, his hands shaking.
"Because you need me."
He let me go and I left the bathroom, shutting the door behind me.
