The Suicide Room

Waking up, all I hear is a pretty loud beeping noise. I don't have an alarm, so I am extremely confused.
No matter how much I don't want to, I slide out of bed and into my shoes, going downstairs to see where the noise is coming from. I keep walking forward sluggishly until I realize that the noise is coming from my blackboard, and I rush over to it hoping to see that it's just a note saying that I'd successfully completed my first task and I was now allowed outside. The thing said 'click here to receive points and ability', so I did, and the thing was replaced with this;

Task: To go outside and meet someone.
Points Received: 500
Points After Task: 700
Ability Earned After Task: NONE

I don't really understand why it felt the need to put 'none' in all caps, but whatever.
I headed over to the kitchen, opening up the cupboard to have some cereal, only to find that there was no cereal there. The cupboards were filled with lunch-type foods.
Lunch.
Mikey and Ray.
Meet at lunch at the pavilion.
I was late.
I ran over to the blackboard, clicking on our private chat and just seeing a bunch of 'Frank?' from both Mikey and Ray. I looked at the clock on my blackboard to find that it was 11:34, so at least I wasn't that late.
I run upstairs to grab my shoes and some new clothes, going with another band tee and skinny jeans with my converse, and run to the door saying 'Go to pavilion' and touching the door handle.
Everything went black for a second, but next thing I knew, my feet touched solid ground again, and I was standing in the middle of a park, and sure enough, there was a pavilion not too far away, and standing there was a tallish nerdy looking guy and a guy with a really cool fro.
I really hoped that was them.
