Gerard Way Fell In Love With Me

Gerard's P.O.V

I woke up to Kat laughing. I looked around. She was sat at the front of the bus, laughing at Bob. Frank and Jamia had moved forward too. Everyone was laughing as Bob groaned.
"Go away, Kat." He moaned. "Your a bully."
Kat pretended she was hurt. "Me? A bully?" She laughed again. She fluttered her eye lashes at him. Fuck. I would do anything for her if she gave me that look. "Please? It really would suit you." She looked at Caitlin who was barely able to keep her laughter in. "Tell him."
Caitlin shook her head. "He won't listen to me."
Kat grinned and Caitlin gave her a look of approval? Kat rested her chin on Bob's shoulder and stared at him. Bob looked at her for a second, then turned away. "It won't work."
Frank laughed. "Bob's like a stone. You won't break him."
Kat grinned without moving. "Ye of little faith." She muttered. "I have the whole drive there."
Everyone laughed except Bob. "But we still have an hour to go."
Kat hummed agreement. "And?"
Bob groaned again. "Alright." He muttered. "You win. I'll wear it."
Kat didn't move. "I'm afraid I need your word."
Bob groaned again. "Fuck. Alright. I give my word."
Kat sat up and smiled. "There now." She said as she patted Bob's arm. "That didn't hurt did it?"
"Yes." Bob muttered.
"Come on, Bob." Kat said as she rested her head on his shoulder. "You know your gonna love it."
Bob groaned yet again. "Ya think."
Kat laughed, then noticed I was awake. She smiled and climbed back to sit next to me. She kissed me then rested her head on my left shoulder. "Hey, sleepy head."
I wrap my arms around her and kiss her head. "Hey, sweetheart." I said. "Have you been tormenting Bob?"
She sat up straight and looked at me in shock. "Me? Torment Bob?" She grinned. "Too right. That's what he gets for being a boring slob."
"I am not boring." Bob shouted.
Caitlin laughed. "But he is definitely a slob."

We cuddled up and watched the scenery for the rest of the journey. In silence. Just enjoying each other's company. I made a decision during that journey. During this break, I'm going to ask Kat to marry me.
