Gee and I hung out at the mall all day. we shopped at a comic book store and hot topic. I bought a pair of fingerless skeleton gloves that gerard had picked out for me. He bought a few comics and a Black Flag cd. Things had become awkward. I could tell he was trying to fake a fews smiles and laughs here and there , but inside he just seemed sad. after a few hours, we stopped to get coffee and thats when I asked him what was up. " Hey gerard, umm are you okay? you seem i don't know kinda sad". " oh umm its nothing, dont worry about it." he said as he intensely stared at his coffee cup. " Come on Gee, tell me ... please" I begged. "Frank I just ... I like you a lot .. and I know we haven't known each other very long but could you maybe think about giving me a chance? like can you maybe think about going on a date with me sometime?. I started to blush and said " Gerard i do like you but I'm not ready for a relationship but yes I will consider going on a date with you. I want to spend a lot of time with you just cause you remind me of someone.. sounds weird but someone from a dream... I think". Gerard smiled and said " i think I know the feeling".

It was 10:00 pm
I had a wonderful day with Gerard. Even though we are just friends at the moment he makes me soo happy. I was getting ready for bed when I got a text from Gerard saying Plz think about it ;).

I smiled at the text and replied with Alright goodnight Gee. I had a really nice time with you today.

I set my phone next to my pillow and waited he replied with
Me to! can't wait to see you tomorrow at school.
FUCK! I didn't want to go to school. Those football jocks will probably try to beat me up again. All of a sudden anxiety took over my body and I began to panic. ..... I tired to calm myself down by saying .. it's okay at least youll see Gee tomorrow.

I slept with my phone under my pillow in case I got any messages from Gerard.
