when we got back to the ways house we had a bunch of bags of the unhealthiest food we could find. mikey just kicked the door ope and i walked right into him when he decided to just stop in the doorway.

“mikey what the fu-“

he kicked me in the shin and i glanced round his shoulder seeing a pretty unexpected site.
Ashley was sitting on the couch with gee in her arms and he was crying with his head on her chest.

i would be lying if i said i didn’t fell a pang of jealousy and guilt tear through me. Jealousy because ashley got to be public and love gerard and not just have sex with him behind the scenes. Guilt because I'm probably what he’s crying about.

Did he really expect me to believe he had been pregnant with my kid? It did make me consider it more when Mikey randomly mentioned stuff about kids and drinking. But for all i know Mikey could be in on it and telling me this as a joke along with Gerard but i doubt Ashley would be in on it.

If he told me that stuff so he wouldn’t have to have sex with me, why the hell would he go tell ashley he was cheating on her which would just cause him to lose both of us.

“hey ash” mikey said causing both of the people on the couch to look up. “we just picked up a bunch of food if you want to stay and eat-“

“hey mikes, i’m actually heading out now but enjoy your boys night together.” she smiled standing up and sliding her shoes on.

She gave me a strange look before walking off like she was pissed at me. I’m guessing she was still holding a grudge for calling her out in the middle of bio for kicking me every time gerard shoved his finger up her.

“mikes who’s with you?” gerard asks and i step out from behind Mikey. Gerard's face drops and i hold up the bags of food in a small gesture of friendliness.

“what just happened?” mikey asks suddenly. gerard just looks at him.

“what are you talking about?”

“with ashley she never acts like that and always stays.”

gerard seemed to cower away when he mentioned that. “we uh- we broke up.”

i felt my gut clench. He wouldn’t brake up with her if this was all a lie.

“fuck gee because of…” mikey offered

He nodded. “ya i didn’t tell her everything but she knows i cheated and i feel like shit for hurting her, she said we could still be friends though.”

“thats good.” mikey smiled. “good thing me and frank brought you a shit ton of stuff to cheer you up then huh?”

“ya how’d you find frank.” he asked bitterly.

“i went and grabbed him, now you two decide what were doing, movies or video games and ill get us some plates.”

I walked over to gerard slowly and sat down next to him. “you weren’t lying were you?” i whispered.

He shook his head and i nodded slowly letting the impact hit me. My stomach tightened and i felt like i was going to be sick.
