Runs the whole operation. Has known Gerard all his life and contributes to Gerard's delusions with each "Mikey" he sends. "Sit down and don't make a sound. Your journey is far from over, Mikey."
Gerard Way
Had a mental breakdown after the death of his brother. Delusional- Every time Mikey runs away, Frank just always knows where to find him. Frank can always find him for just $50,000. "Welcome home, Mikey."
Seiko
Long dirty blonde hair, skinny, prepubescent. Mikey look-alike. "I can't act like a boy, no man will want me if I don't act like a proper lady, Mama says so."
