Laugh with me

"What's wrong?" Frank asks as he climbs off of Matt, making his way over to me and I say "Just leave him alone." "Are you serious?" Frank shrieks, glancing back over at Matt and his two friends have moved away too, Matt slowly dragging himself up to sit, his face bleeding in several places. "Gerard, what's going on? Are you forgetting what he did to you?" Frank asks and I shake my head as I say "No, but he never hurt me this bad, he doesn't deserve...." I trail off before adding "Just leave us alone, I can fight my own battles." I take a step towards Matt when Frank grabs my arm and says "Gerard what the fuck? You can't seriously be taking his side and forgiving him." "Just go" I tell him as I shrug out of his grip and walk over to Matt, kneeling on the ground beside him and pulling a spare shirt from my bag, using it to gently wipe away some of the blood. Matts face turns from hard and angry to soft and scared as he says "Baby lets go home." I nod, standing up and helping him up too and we cross the carpark hand in hand, ignoring Franks shouts of protest as we walk to Matts car and get in.

An hour later I am laying on Matts couch, his body ontop of mine as we make out heatedly, some movie neither of us is interested in playing in the background. "Fuck you're so hot baby" Matt growls in my ear before taking my earlobe between his teeth and gently nipping at it, sending a shiver down my spine. "Mmm Matt" I groan out as he dives down and attaches his lips to my neck, sucking harshly and biting down on the skin, giving me a massive hickey as he grinds his hips down into mine, both of us achingly hard in our jeans. "We're wearing too many clothes baby" Matt tells me as he pulls back from my neck and I bite at my bottom lip as I feel a knot of fear form in my stomach. "Matt, I don't know. I don't think I'm ready to...." "Shh baby remember what I said? I want this, so just relax and it will go a whole lot easier on you." I tense up, Matt having just told me he will rape me if I don't agree and as his hand slides down to work on my belt I thrash around with my whole body, knocking him off balance and as he falls to the floor I sit up and jump off the couch, running across the room and I make it halfway down the hallway before arms wrap around my waist and I'm tugged back harshly against Matts chest, my feet leaving the floor and he leans in and whispers in my ear "Easy baby, lets not do anything we're going to regret." I tense up, ready to try and fight against him again until he says "I'm sorry for what I said just then, I didn't really mean it. It's just, baby you're so sexy and it drives me crazy, I want you so bad." "I'm not ready again yet" I tell him softly, my eyes clenched shut as Matt continues to hold me against his chest, expecting to be hurt for it but Matt just nuzzles his face in the side of my neck as he says "Ok baby, I can be patient, I'm sorry." Matt slowly releases me from his arms and I spin around, taking in his face, studying every detail to see if he's lying but he looks earnest so I smile softly and say "Wanna restart the movie?" Matt chuckles softly and says "Anything you want baby, you go do that and I'll get us a drink."

I go back into the living room, straightening up the cushions on the couch before searching around for the remote, finding it on the floor under the coffee table and I take the movie back to the start, pausing it until Matt comes in and I settle myself on the couch, pulling my legs up against my chest and wrapping my arms around them. I'm so confused about what to do with Matt, I love him so much but he keeps hurting me and I know I shouldn't put up with it but I just want to be with him all the time. A few minutes later Matt comes back in with two glasses of juice and I take the one he's offering me, Matt sitting beside me and starting the movie as I take my first sip. The orange juice is slightly bitter but I don't mind as I keep drinking, finishing the whole glass before sitting the empty cup on the table and as I go to sit back Matt leans forward and sits his cup down too, leaning back on the couch and wrapping his arm around my waist. I snuggle into his side, my head resting on his chest as we watch the movie and ten minutes later I start to feel dizzy, my vision going slightly blurry and I feel really hot. "You ok baby?" Matt asks when I start to squirm around, my whole body feeling uncomfortable and when I turn my head to face him everything starts to go black and I feel like I'm falling, Matts face pulled into a smirk being the last thing I register before unconsciousness takes me.
