I'm Not Okay

"As much as we'd love to have you stay with us," Gerard started, "the best we can offer is a our sofa so the two of you are going to have to find a hotel or something else while you're here." He said then went over to take Bryce from Donald's arms.

Gerard's parents have been here for a few hours now and in that time Donna hasn't picked Bryce back up once. It kinda hurt my feelings but I guess it kinda was Gerard's fault for not telling his parents about everything; I just need to let the shock set in then hopefully everything will be fine.

His parents said their goodbyes, Donnas a bit more distant then it could have been, and then they left. When they did it was kinda late, about sunset; Bryce was asleep in Gees arms and I, carrying twins, was starving.

"Hey babe, you know what we should do?" He asked then pecked my lips.

"I know I promised to suck you off but can it be later?"

"No not that, well at least not now anyways." He said then winked at me. "How about I call Mikey to watch peanut then we can do something I don't think we've ever done properly, let's go on a date."

"Really?" I asked, I could feel my eyes light up.

"Yup."

"What are we gonna do?" I asked.

"It's a surprise babe." He said then kissed me again. "I'm gonna call Mikey and put him down. You go shower and put some clothes on." He said and I nodded then left.

A real date. This is amazing! I practically skipped up the stairs and into the shower. I was so excited and these pregnancy hormones were making them all that plus so much more. I tried to make the shower as quick as I could but being pregnant I move kinda slowly. When I got out I pulled on. Pair of nice jeans and one of my dressy maturity shirts my mom got me, but since we were most likely going out in public I threw on a MCR hoodie to cover up my bump. When I got downstairs Mikey and Gerard were in the kitchen talking, did I really take that long?

"Ready babe?" Gee asked upon seeing me.

"Yeah. How long did I take?"

"Not long."

"Then why is Mikey here so quickly?"

"Aww gee you didn't tell him." Mikey said smiling.

"Tell me what?" I asked pouting, they both laughed at me.

"I kinda had this date pre-planned, I wanted to do something special to I talked to Ray and Mikey and got some things set up for tonight. It was supposed to be earlier at like sunset but I wasn't expecting my parents to show up."

"Mom and dad are here?" Mikey asked with confusion.

"Tell you later." He told Mikey then came over to me and held me in his arms, "Our date is long overdue." He said then kissed me.

"Aww gee you're such a sweetheart." I said then snuggled into his arms.

"Come on babe let's go." He said then grabbed my hand and led me out the door. As we left I heard Mikey call out and wish us good luck.

As we got to the car Gerard opened my door for me and closed it as well. I smiled the whole way there, every time I would ask where we are going, he would shake his head and give my hand a squeeze. When we finally got to the place, we pulled into an empty park and Gerard held my hand and led the way. We made our way to an open meadow in the park; in the middle was a picnic blanket with a picnic basket, along with Ray sitting on it.

"It's about time you guys got here." He said standing up and greeting us, "okay well I'm gonna head over to your guys houses and help Mikey out with the baby. Have a nice night." He said then left us alone.

"Gerard this is so sweet." I said as we both sat down and he started opening the basket.

"Only the best for you baby." He said then leaned in and gave me a kiss.

That night was amazing. For once in our relationship there was nothing to ruin the night. We actually got to talk and act like a real couple for once, there was no baby talk, no band talk, and thank god no Lynz talk. We were just us. After our mean we laid down on our backs and watched the stars.

When it was getting late we decided to go back, I was kinda tired so Gerard carried me into the car and took all the stuff in. Somewhere along the drive back home he started to sing to me until I fell asleep. When I woke up we had parked in the car and Gerard was lightly shaking me awake.

"Do you want me to carry you in baby?"

"No I'm up its all good." I smiled at him and he leaned down to kiss me. "I'm really happy too did this gee."

"Me too." He said then held my hand as we walked up to the porch. When we reached the door he stopped me from opening it and pulled me in for a make out session. We stayed out there for a few minutes until the porch lights started to flicker on and off.

"I think they're watching us." I whispered.

"Then let's give then a show." He purred I to my ear then grabbed my ass hard and pulled me to him. I gasped in surprise and Gerard took that as an opportunity to shove his tongue down my throat. I laced my hands through his hair and gave it a tug and he moaned in my mouth.

"Alright cut it out," Ray said opening the door.

"We were just giving you a show." I said innocently to him. Gerard laughed behind me then wrapped his arms around me and kissed my head.

"Whatever that'll be twenty bucks for watching the baby."

"Funny." Gerard said as we walked inside.

"He was a handful." Ray protested.

"He's barely give months old," I commented.

"He got sick."

"What!?" I asked raising my eyebrows, and started to run up the stairs. When I got to his room Mikey was walking around his room while peanut cried, when peanut saw me he let out a loud cry and reached out for me.

"Oh my baby." I said taking him from Mikey's arms and holding him close.

"We think he had a stomach bug."

"Why that?"

"Well he's been throwing up a lot-" and to prove Mikey's point Bryce threw up on me.

"Aww baby." I said holding his close to me.

"Frank you should leave." He said as he took Bryce from me, "you're pregnant, you don't have the best immune system right now."

"But he needs me."

"He also has Gerard and I, we understand, go take a shower. Wash off the germs, he’ll be fine Gerard has him.”

“I heard my baby is sick.” Gerard said walking in and taking peanut in his arms, my baby was still crying and it hurt me to know he was and I couldn’t do anything.

“Yeah we think he has a stomach bug, he also threw up on Frank. Tell him to shower and go to bed, he’s not listening to me.”

“Why does he have to leave?” Gerard asked as he bounced peanut trying to get him to calm down.

“Pregnant people don’t have the best immune systems and stomach bugs are very contagious, unless-”

“Go shower and go to bed.” Gerard told me cutting off Mikey.

“But-” I started.

“No buts.”

“Can I at least kiss him goodnight.” I begged my baby is suffering; I need to be with him.

“Fine.” Gerard said walking over to me, I leaned over to peck his head but as soon as my lips touched him Gerard pulled him away and sent me to the shower. I glared at him the entire walk out of peanuts room.
