What A Tragic Affair (Frank Teacher)
Getting drunk? I had never been drunk before. Isn't it irresponsible? Stupid? What if I ge-
"Missy, Missy," I snapped out of my thoughts
"So you in?" He questioned with a smirk on his face.
I really wasn't sure. I couldn't just pussy out though. I guess I had to.
"Yeah. Yeah we should." I was a little excited but also really kinda scared.
We started walking out the mall while discussing random topics like me being from the UK. Gee walked me down to his house. This is when I realised he lived really close to me. Like ridiculously close to me. Practically on the same street. We arrived at his gate, yes gate. The gate went up a huge driveway that almost took round 2 minuets to reach the end. As we got to the end of the driveway I was gob smacked. I starred at the giant house which stood before me. I could not believe it. I was a big house decorated with French windows and neat brickwork. It was a very breathtaking house.
"Wow, just wow. Your house is amazing."
"Why thank you,"
We walked up a few stone steps and made it to the double doors. As we walked in we were greeted by a huge hall. We walked across the marble floor and made it to the kitchen. Gee sat at the counter.
"We should probably get started. I mean it's already 11 and my parents get back at 4. I will go to the drinks cabinet." He said before walking out of the room.
I sat at the breakfast bar. I was scared and I didn't really want to do it. My mouth was getting more and more dry.
"Here we go," Gerard said passing me a couple beers as he held tight a tequila bottle and two shot glasses." It was like he did this all the time.
I felt like I really had to come clean about being an alcohol virgin.
"Gee. I haven't exactly done this before." I confessed.
"Done what?" He asked simply. Was he asking just to embarrass me or was he really being naive?
"I really don't,"
I felt my cheeks burning red. Why was I so embarrassed? Was it normal for kids to get drunk at 16?
"I've never..." I sighed "I've never been drunk before."
"Oh right" He said while laughing. He started laughing more and more causing my cheeks to grow more and more red.
"It's not funny," I growled at him.
"I'm just laughing at how embarrassed you are!" He chuckled while handing me a beer. "Start with this,"
I took a sip of the beer. The bubbles went up my nose. The taste was odd but I liked it. I took another sip and then another.
"Slow down Missy!" I giggled at his comment.
We talked for an hour or so while drinking beer after beer. That was until Gerard brought out the tequila.
"Right," Gerard slurred "I want you to drink this all at once," he told me while spilling tequila over the breakfast bar.
"You go first," I told him as I was once again scared.
He picked the shot glass up and downed it while tipping his head backwards.
"Easy," I didn't understand where he got his cockiness from.
How many times had he done this? He started to pour me one, again spilling the drink everywhere.
"Drink up," he demanded.
I placed the shot glass to my bottom lip inhaling the smell. I put all the drink in my mouth at once and regretted it. I wanted to spit it out but instead swallowed it all at once. It burned my throat and the hot liquid tasted horrible.
"Yuck," I muttered to myself as Gee laughed.
"Ooh I have an idea!" Gerard shouted down my ear.
"Okay, go on..." I said a little hesitant.
"Truth or dare!" Gerard was getting really excited.
"Yeah, lets do it!" I was really quite drunk and could not stop slurring my words.
"Let me show you my room first,"
We walked out of the kitchen and went down down some steps. We both stumbled while walking down the stairs, the drink was defiantly having an effect on us. Well me. I thought we were on the ground floor. I guess not. As we went down the steps I was greeted by the smell of coffee and cigarette. The smell was warm and overwhelming and we hadn't even reached the room yet. When I got the floor I looked round to see a desk covered with drawings and old coffees. Drawings and posters plastered the walls. There were one or two ashtrays across the room. Gee had a big king-sized red and black bed that looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks. Just staring at the bed made me uncomfortable. There were no windows in the room causing the darkness. His room was big, it was the only one on the floor. Gee invited me to sit with him on the sofa in the middle of the room. We both sat on the sofa crossed legged across from each other, still very giddy.
"Truth or dare?" Gee asked.
"Have you ever had sex?" I gasped. He took me completely off guard. I'm 16 of course I hadn't. Had he? Was it weird I hadn't? Once again my cheeks turned a bright red, a familiar shade. "Come on, it doesn't take that long to think about." He encouraged.
"Well?" He had a judgemental tone to his voice.
"No." I whispered.
"Can't hear you!" He teased and sang.
"No. I've never had sex." I felt like I lost all confidence.
"Aww sweetie, it will happen soon." He teased and giggled to himself.
His tone of voice annoyed me. I playfully hit his arm with a grin on my face.
"Ergh truth or dare?" I asked Gee hoping he would choose truth.
"Truth," I knew which question I was going for.
"Have you ever had sex," he was holding back a laugh. He had a guilty look on his face.
"No," he mumbled.
What? He gave me that grief when he's a virgin! What a twit.
"Aww sweetie, it will happen soon." I mocked him.
We couldn't stop laughing. We continued drinking causing the giddiness.
"My go, my go, my go!" Gee said quickly in a silly voice. "Truth or dare?"
"Truth please!" I answered in a silly voice.
"Okay," he had a thinking face. "Ohh why were you angry after music the other day?"
Crap. I was a little to drunk to think about my answer.
My voice turned serious, "Gee can you keep a secret?"
"Umm ya" He answered in a girly voice.
"I think Mr Iero came on to me,"
