I Don't Love You
I decided to watch IFH's set at the side of the stage. This is the first time I've actually watched them play in a while, and it was beautiful.
They ended the set with hope of morning and I approached her with caution. Adam stopped me by putting his hand on my chest. It fucking hurt like shit!(did I mention he was buff?)
"I wouldn't talk to her if I were you."
"Why?"
"Let's just say there's been drama in the band."
He gave me a look of fear as though just speaking would start a fight. Josh joined the conversation by saying "we've been told to deliver some news."
He and Adam look at each other and before I could even speak lead me to our tour bus. We walk in and the guys go from happy to concerned in lightning speed.
"So, my chem. We've been told by Christa to deliver some news. As you may or may not know, Ray proposed to Christa after sleeping together." Frank, Gerard, and Bob all scream 'DIPSHIT!' in unison at me while Mikey just laughs. I flick them off because honestly, I don't need this shit right now.
Adam continues by saying " anyways, she hasn't said anything because apparently Ray dropped the ring and Shawn found it. If you already didn't know, Shawn was in love with Christa for a while. Before he had the chance to give the ring to Ray, Christa found out everything. Well, she thinks it'd better to respond to you in person about the proposal, but..."
Adam and Josh look at each other with this sort of giddy look and scream " SHE'S PREGNANT!!!"
"WHAT?!"
the Guys look at me in shock but still congratulate me. Adam and Josh start to call Christa and I can't feel anything right now. "I'm going to be a dad, a fucking dad, holy shit-"
"Christa, we told him! Hurry up and get here already momma bear!" Josh hangs up and tells me that's her new nick name. The guys have to lead me outside since I'm still in shock, and the scene out there is worse.
The first thing I see is Shawn playing the guitar with a girl I don't know on his arm looking pretty cozy. He was playing romance and actually smiling at me, for like the first time in weeks. The steps to the bus were decorated with roses leading to the most beautiful girl in the most beautiful dress holding the ring while on one knee.
"You probably wanted this to be special, but considering we fucked the first night special seems overrated."
"I heard your pregnant"
"Tis true, which made me realize that I needed to do this. That and Ariel sorta convinced me to do it." She pointed at the girl on Shawn's arm who waved at me. I'm pretty sure that's his girlfriend now, but I'll ask later just to be sure...
"Now Raymond, are you gonna say yes already or do I have to get on both knees, because I am tired!"
"I laughed and nodded excitedly as she put the ring on her own finger and got up to kiss me. Everyone cheered to us and we went inside to celebrate. Not only was I getting married to the woman of my dreams, I was getting a baby as well.
