Danger Days

I had dozed off in the car and was shaken awake by a guy with a helmet on. "Wakie wakie!" He said in a slightly girlie voice. "Pony I swear if you wake her up.." I heard Party start a sigh falling off his lips when he saw my eyes. "Sorry Party! I just thought it would help...you know...get her out of the car." Pony said crawling out if the seat. "Well laters!" He said throwing his hand into a sideways peace sign before speeding off on his roller skates. "Sorry bout that kid he's a little...err." He started to say a small smile dancing on his face. "Off?" I suggested. He nodded and laughed softly. "Yea, off works. C'mon lets get you into base." He said picking my up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck like a daughter would do I her Dad was carrying her. I felt his jaw shift and I knew he was smiling. I yawned and set my head on his shoulder and dozed in an out of sleep as he weaves around their base. "Hey! Where's the girl Par- oops sorry man." I heard a deeper voice say. Not Jet... Obviously not Party...not Kobra.. Ghoul? No this voice was familiar. "Hey Doctor D." Party said softly. Oh! Doctor Death Defying! "Talk to you later P. Bring her over in the morning." Doctor D said walking past us. In the morning? The base must be farther than I thought, when we left the storage building it was high noon. Soon Party laid me down on a comfortable bed. "Night Girl." Party said softly shutting the door. With that I fell into a nice sleep for once
