The Hardest Part Is Letting Go Of Your Dreams

Once the movies over Ruby turns around and says "Daddy I like fishies." I smile and glance over at Frank before saying "Really? Why do you like fishies baby?" "They're pretty daddy" she tells me and I look back at Frank to see him nodding, letting me know he's thinking exactly what I'm thinking. We get off the couch and I take Ruby into her room and struggle to help her get dressed, certain movements causing pain to rip through me but when we're done I say "Are you hungry Rubes? We didn't have breakfast" and she nods her little head. When we leave her bedroom we find Frank and I say "We're going to the diner babe" and he smiles and says "Ok give me a minute" before disappearing into the bedroom. When he comes back he's fully dressed and I shrug on a jacket before we head out.

At the diner we order our food and Ruby pouts because we wouldn't order anything for Suzie who she insisted on bringing. "Rubes don't pout" Frank tells her and she frowns at him, making me laugh. I lean over and ignore the jolt of pain shooting up my spine as I press a kiss to the top of her head making her smile again. Ruby slides over and kneels next to Frank and starts playing with his hair which is getting pretty long now and he turns his head and says "Yes miss. Can I help you?" She giggles as she continues to play with his hair and says "Daddy has lots of hair" causing me to laugh again. "Daddy can we visit William? He has pretty hair too" she asks Frank and I see the anger in his eyes for a brief minute before he composes himself infront of Ruby. "Maybe some day Rubes" he tells her, hoping she'll forget and when she turns and focuses on Suzie he shoots me the most frightening glare I've ever been on the receiving end of. I flinch away from it and the food arrives, cutting him off and causing him to force a fake smile again. After we eat I pay and as we leave the diner things seem normal again, Frank wrapping his arm around my waist and kissing my cheek. We take Ruby to a per store near by and when she spots the huge tanks of various types of fish her eyes light up and she runs over, banging her hand on the glass. I rush over and grab her wrist saying "Ruby don't do that" and she looks up and smiles at me and says "Sorry daddy." I smile back before bending down to pick her up, gritting my teeth against the urge to yell out in pain. When she's settled against my hip Frank comes back with an employee and I say "Ok Rubes, pick some fishies to take home" and she looks at me, her eyes wide with excitement. She looks around and points out four fish, clapping her hands excitedly when the employee catches them with his net. When he has four I say "Ok I think that's enough" and he ties off the bag they're in before handing it to Frank. Ruby reaches out for it but I say "Rubes we'll let daddy hold them ok, we don't want to drop them" and she nods in agreement. We walk across to the isle of fish food and accessories and pick out food and a large bowl and a small bag of colourful rocks to put in the bottom and then I tell Ruby she can pick a little statue to go in too. She picks a tiny little sunken pirate ship and we go to the counter and pay. Once we get home Ruby and I set up the bowl on the side table in the corner of the living room and she sticks her hand in the water to place the ship where she wants it. When she's done I grab the bag of fish and start to gently tip them in but before I get there I say "You wanna have a quick pat?" And she nods her head frantically. I hold the bag out so she can stick her hand in it and I say "Gently ok baby, the fish are only little" and she nods before cornering one against the side of the bag and gently rubbing her fingers on it. The fish squirms and tries to swim away causing Ruby to pull her hand back and shriek and giggle at the feeling. I smile at her and she sticks her hand back in and one fish swims over and starts nibbling her finger causing her to shriek again. "Ok baby time for them to go in the bowl" I tell her and she pulls her hand out and watches me pour them into the bowl, the fish swimming around and getting used to their new home. "Ok we'll give them some time for a swim and then we'll feed them in a little while" I tell Ruby and she kneels on the floor watching them swim around. "Be careful Rubes, we can't touch the bowl or it might fall and then the fishies will get hurt" I tell her and she nods before turning back to the fish. I leave the room to
throw out the bag and wash my hands and Frank stays in the
living room with Ruby.

Later that night after Ruby is in bed I go into the bedroom and slowly undress to change into pyjamas so I can go to bed too but as I pull my sweatpants off, leaving me fully naked Frank comes into the room and wraps his arms around my waist from behind, kissing the back of my neck. "Mm baby not tonight, I'm still sore" I tell him and his hands leave my waist to shove me hard in the back, causing me to fall face down onto the bed. I start to push myself back up, hissing out "Frank what the hell?" But he climbs over me, straddling my thighs and pushing me back into the mattress. "You know you've really pissed me off Gerard and I'm fucking sick of it. You need a punishment and I know just what to do." I turn my head to the side and strain my neck to look at him and his eyes are hard, it's not my Frank in control. "Frankie" I whisper, hoping to get through to him before he hurts me however he plans to but it doesn't work and he grabs my wrists, pulling them down my sides and tucking them under his thighs, trapping them so I can't fight. Things happen in a blur and the next thing I know Frank has pulled his hard dick from his pants and is rubbing it up and down my crack, causing me to try and squirm away from him, earning myself a punch in the back. "Please don't" I plead but he doesn't listen to me, spitting in his hand to slick his dick up before forcing it inside me. I start to scream out in pain as I feel him tear me open but he grabs a fistful of my hair and forces my face down into the pillow, muffling my screams. He starts a hard brutal pace and I feel the blood gushing from me, staining everything but making his thrusts a little easier. He groans out in pleasure as I scream out in pain again, my body going limp as all the fight leaves me and having my face forced into the pillow I can't breathe anymore I slowly slip into unconsciousness.
