And You Don't Know A Thing About This Life
Chapter 17
Gerard's POV
Frank was a really bad liar, but I didn't dare to ask him for the truth. The way his eyes scanned me gave me the idea he didn't want me to remember this. Pretending like nothing but a fall happened was difficult though. The car was very silent, and Frank didn't want to play any music, so this was even more awkward.
"Y-you wanna go to the movies, sweetie?" It occurred to me I was referring Frank to these nicknames for all this time.
Frank tilted his head to the side. "C-can I play my guitar when I get home, and then we go to the movies? I haven't played Pansy in ages."
"Of course dearie."
When we arrived to my house, Frank had quickly placed his guitar case in his room, underneath the covers. He set some of his clothes at the nightstand and came to me, smiling. "Ready, Gee?"
He held his guitar and started playing Sweet Child O Mine, which made me want to sing along. "She's got a smile that seems to me, reminds me of childhood memories..."
It was amazing. "Frank, you have a great talent," I excited.
"R-really?"
"Yes really. I want to hear that guitar every day."
Frank smiled wide. "Then play I shall." He started to play Follow My Voice by For All Those Sleeping.
"Alone we may be lost, but together we stand tall," I sang.
I love this song. And I love Frank.
