- I'll be super quiet I promise, I'll be there in 10.- and before Alice could say anything He hanged up and all that Alice could hear was the empty sound of the phone.

In 10? Like in 10 minutes? Alice rushed to her room and putted on the first clothing items she could find. She then remembered Gerard's clothes were still on the bathroom floor so she took them quicky to the washing machine.

When she ran upstairs again and opened the door to her room she would have had a heart attack and died right there if she hadn't know who the shadow standing near the window was.

She then turned the lights on and saw Gerard's face lit by the dim light of her room.

He wasn't even looking at her. He looked deeply sad.

- My grandmother just died, Alice.
