*****6 Years Later****

“Kasey wake up!” Gerard yelled at me while he shook me awake.

I stilled lived with the Way’s even though Gerard and I were both 22 now, and since then my parents and I haven’t said a word to each other. In the time jump from us being 16, Gerard started a band called “My Chemical Romance”, his friends Frank, Ray, and Bob were in it, along with his younger brother Mikey. They were getting pretty popular, this year they were heading off to warp tour. I on the other hand was in nursing school, I was almost done with it to and I was doing really well.

“What do you want?”I mumbled.

“I need your help packing.” He said

“Go away.” I said as I threw my sheets back over my head.

“Please, I leave the house tonight so you and Andy can have loud fun,” I came out of the bed at that comment.

Andy was my boyfriend of 6 months, we had met when Gerard band practice got confused with Black Veil Brides band practice, that’s where we meet, and since then we had been inseparable.

“Deal.” I said then got out of bed to help him pack. He would be at warp tour from the start to the end and he needed a lot of clothes. I convinced him to pack almost all of his things. Usually when he goes on long trips I go with them, but I wasn’t gonna go to all of this tour, I had school.

“So when will you be joining us?” He asked as we zipped up his last bag.

“3 weeks. The day after I graduate.”I told him then walked over to his mirror.

Taped to it was a picture of Gerard and I from when we were 5 and having a sleepover in his bed. I can’t remember the last time we did that. I smiled at the memories, we had almost been friends for 20 years, it made me feel so old and I wasn’t even 25 yet. Soon Gerard came from behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder, he started rocking us back and forth.

“What you looking at?” He asked.

“This photo, in 3 years we will have been friends for 20 years.”

“My god were old.” We both laughed. We were filled with silence after but it was comforting. Gerard was about to open his mouth to talk but was cut off when my phone rang, it was Andy’s ringtone.

“Hey babe.” I answered breaking away from Gee.

“Hey, okay so when are you going us on wrap tour?” He asked.

“3 weeks into it.” I answered.

“Okay, its going to be kinda a tight space but we’ll make room in our bud for you.”

“I was gonna stay in Gerard’s bus.”

“…”

“Andy?”

“Okay, but on the first night can we run away, just the two of us?”

“Yeah sure, like to your bus?”

“No a hotel, I have a surprise for you.” I could tell he had a smirk on his face.

“Okay, can’t wait. Also we have the house to ourselves tonight if you want to come over.” I sang to him.

“Aww, sounds like fun, but we were gonna have a guy’s night before we leave.”

“Really? I was looking forward to it.”

“Sorry babe. I got to go, love you.”

“Love you to.” I said then he hung up, I turned to Gerard, “You free tonight?”

“Movies till 5am?” He asked raising an eyebrow.

“Hell yeah!”
