**********2 Weeks Later***********

I never got the chance to tell my mom. In the next two weeks, I never saw her. I knew she had been home, the laundry had been done, coffee was made and still hot in the coffee pot but there was no sign of her. School wasn't any better, Gerard came to my house and drove me, but I got sick by lunch and I left to go home. I haven't gone back yet, neither has Gerard, he stayed at home with me. Even though I didn't want it.

Frank had texted me a few times and I texted him back, somehow Mikey had gotten a hold of my number and he called a few times. I once picked up, not knowing it was him, and all he did was ask me questions about the pregnancy, I couldn't take it so I never answered again. I'm pretty sure Gerard found out because Mikey stopped calling me.

Today was the day Gerard took me to the doctors office, he reminded me everyday for the past two weeks. Currently it was about noon on a Thursday, and I was at home. I stood in front of my mirror and stared at my belly, it was a bit bigger than normal but not noticeably larger. I sighed and pulled my shirt back over my stomach, when I did my phone started ringing, it was Frank.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey its Frank." He said, he sounded happy.

"I know, I have caller I.D" I joked, he laughed and I couldn't help but smile.

"Anyways, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the park or something, I haven't seen you in like forever."

"That sounds fun." I've been sulking around my house for 2 weeks, a change of scenery sounded great, "But I cant right now, I have a doctors appointment, maybe after?" I suggested.

"Sure sounds great."

"Wait, shouldn't you been in school?" I questioned him.

"Ditching today, and shouldn't you and Gee also be in school?"

"I'm switching to become home schooled. And as for Gerard, I don't really know."

"Speaking of Gerard... Are you two still a couple or not?"

"Honestly," I said sitting on my bed and pulling my knee's to my chest, "I don't know."

"He loves you, and I'm pretty sure you love him to."

"I do love Gerard, and there's no doubt in that, but.... I just don't know. Like I don't wanna be a teen mom, I just want to give this kid away and forget it ever happened, but he wants it, and when it's born he's gonna legally take care of it, with or without me. And it really sucks." I told Frank and I felt tears form in my eyes. "I always thought I'd be married before I had a baby."

"You love Gerard, he loves you and that baby." He reminded me. "Do you love that baby?"

"I... I don't know." I honestly said.

"Give it some more time, when you feel he or she kick, you might change your mind." I ran my hand over my small bump and sniffled a bit.

"Shit Liz, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you cry." He apologized.

"It's fine," I said in a shaky voice. "Gerard will be here soon to take me to the doctor, I'll talk to you later."

"Okay, bye."

"Bye." I said them I hung up.

"Hey..." I heard someone say from behind me. I turned to find Gerard in my doorway.

"How long have you been there?" I asked.

"Long enough."

Great, he had just heard everything I had said.

"Look Liz, it really-" He started but I cut him off.

"Not now please." I said and he nodded.

"Did you take the vitamin today?" He asked.

I shook my head no and he tossed me a bottle of water and I took the pill. We were filled by an awkward silence.

"So um... What time is the appointment?" I asked.

"In about and hour, do you wanna get some lunch first?" He asked.

I nodded, I was extremely hungry. Gerard took me to a diner that wasn't very far away. When we got there I ordered a grilled cheese with BBQ sauce. The waiter and Gerard both gave me weird looks but gave me my food anyways. I dipped the sandwich in the sauce and it was the best thing I had ever tasted. Gerard gave me a weird look as I ate but just smiled and shook his head. The bill came and I pulled out some money but Gerard stopped me and payed for us, I couldn't help but smile.

After we had to go the the doctors office, as we sat in the waiting room that was full of pregnant woman, we got a lot of stares and I started to feel uncomfortable. I was thankful when we got called in and I was able to escape the stares.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Lot," She introduced herself to me then looked to Gerard, "And you are?"

"Gerard Way," He said as he shook her hand, "The father."

"Nice to meet you, now lets get started, I'm gonna take a look." She gestured to my legs and I sighed as I spread them open so she could make sure everything was okay.

"Okay, looks like your about 11 weeks along, just under 3 months, your kinda small, but there's nothing to worry about, if you don't grow in the next 2 or so weeks then come back to see me. Now lets get a listen to that heartbeat." She put some stuff on my belly and moved it around, the room was silent but then a strong dub glub- dub glub filled the room. Gerard had the biggest smile on his face but I felt like crying. He looked down and saw me then turned to the doctor.

"Uh, Dr. Lot, I think this is making her uncomfortable, can we move on?" Gerard asked.

"Oh yes, I'm sorry, are you two giving this one up for adoption?" She asked.

"I'm giving full custody to him." I informed her, she gave me a puzzled look then smiled again.

"Well okay, now, you can turn the other way if you want but were gonna take a look now." She said then put a different took on my and the monitor turned into a black and white screen, I wanted to look the other way but I couldn't.

Soon enough I could make out a small baby on the screen, it wasn't clear, but I knew that was my-Gerards baby. I felt like just running away but I knew I couldn't so I turned the other way. Gerard looked so happy, it made me feel extremely guilty.

"Do you wanna know the gender?" She asked.

Gerard looked down at me and I shook my head no. He bit his lip then turned to the doctor.

"She doesn't but, I do."

"Alright then, I'll write it down for you." She told him then wrote something on a piece of paper and handed it to him. Gerard took it and read it, a huge smile formed on his face, I though it might break is face.

"Thank you." He told the doctor and I got up from the bed and Gerard took me home.

The whole way home he was wearing the same smile, I kinda wanted to know, but I knew it would make things a lot harder.
