Our Lady Of Sorrows

I went to sleep crying last night. I waited up for my mother to come home so I could tell her but she never came home. I felt like shit, Frank had texted me a few time but I didn't want to talk to him. I wanted Gerard I wanted to have his arms around me and be with me. But I refused to call him.

I woke up very tired. I actually didn't wake up, someone woke me up, it was Gerard.

"What are you doing here?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"You've been crying." He didn't ask, he stated.

"You would be to if you were me." I told him.

He closed his eyes and clenched his fists.

"Li, it kill me to make you sad, but this baby means everything to me, and I hope after its born or even before you see that to."

"I think you should leave." I told him.

"I brought you this." he said handing over a bottle of pills.

"What are these?" I asked.

"Prenatal vitamins, my mom said they are good for the baby and you."

"Wait. You told your mother?" I asked.

"Yeah, she was upset I got a girl pregnant at such a young age, but she's okay with it."

"Lemme guess, you told her how you'll be raising it."

"I did, we came up with a plan, Mikey is gonna move into the basement, I'm moving into his room and the baby will take my old room, next to mine. Were moving things around starting tomorrow."

"Good for you." I said than laid back down on my bed.

"I"ll go get you some water." He left and within a few minutes he was back with a full glass and handed it to me.

I just stared at him.

"If you refuse t take this everyday I'll come by everyday and wont leave until you take it." He warned.

I sighed and took the vitamin and handed him back the water.

"Thank you." He said and leaned forward to kiss me, but I pulled away. he looked sad.

"Liz, I really do love you."

"Can I just be alone please?"

"Okay, I set up a doctors appointment for the baby, its in 2 weeks." He placed his hand on my stomach where the baby would be. I flinched but let him keep his hand there, he would be raising it so why not let him?

"Bye Liz I love you, I'll be back tomorrow." Then he left.
