My Honest Observation

(Lauren's POV)
I wake up, groggily. I sit up, Ray's arms still around me. I rub my eyes then I remember. The fatal call we were given last night... Mom and dad... Jack... //Thankfully, Jack...// I pull my knees to my chest. "I'm sorry..." I turn my head and I see Ray tell me. I look down and Ray wraps his arms around my upper torso. I lean my head into his chest and Ray kisses my head. I look up at him, in shock.
