Gerard looked at me with wide eyes as he ran into the room. “Shit! Mikey now of all times now?!”Gerard looked a bit scared. I got myself off the couch, I was wearing sweat pants that were junky any way. I got up and grabbed a hand towel from the bathroom. I went with a white towel so I could see if any blood or anything happened.

I changed my pants and underwear so I was in clean clothes. I looked down at my bump and I thought it dropped. This shit was real. As a contraction hit me I was gripping the sink edge and pushing my rear end out slightly. I inhaled and exhaled, I was just passing the peak of my contraction when the door opened; Frank looked like he was going to pass out from worry.

“Mikey are you alright?”Frank asked as he rushed to my side. My contraction fading; I slowly stood up.

“Yes, did you get the bag?”I asked as if nothing was wrong. My back had hurt all day and it came in short bursts. I’ve been in labor for hours now and I didn’t even know it. “Fuck why the hell didn’t I think about this before”

“Mikey you have to tell me what you’re talking about so I can help you”Frank was slowly was walking into the large bathroom.

“Labor, I’ve been in labor for hours and I thought it was just a backache from the extra weight of the baby. Two hours I’ve been and labor and my water broke a while ago. Frank we need to get to the hospital after this contraction.”I was breathing through the slight slope of the contraction, counting seconds and keeping my breath even and calm. “I’m in active labor so this could take a while, Frank help me stand up I’m stuck”

My husband made it so I was standing up and I made my way through the house and grabbed my coat. I pulled on my flip flops. The baby was early; too early for my liking but this was her choice.

“Mikey you are way to calm and I know for a fact your contractions are painful but your just breathing through them scares me”Frank was locking the door and Gerard was holding my hand, while his phone was pressed to his ear by his shoulder.

“Lynz, Mikey’s water broke, I need to know if you want me to come and pick you up or do you just want to meet us there in your car?”Gerard talked as he walked around, unlocking his car.

“Ok hun I’ll see you soon”Gerard smiled “I love you and be safe alright?”

“Mmmhmm, bye”Gerard hung up the phone and looked at us “Lynz going to meet us there”

I got in the car in the back seat and Frank joined me. While Gerard drove us to the hospital. Frank laid himself so he was propped up on the door and I leaned up on his chest.

“I’m sorry I’m so fat this will be over soon and then you can love me again”I whimpered as I was feeling the contraction start to build. “Fuck, laying down while having a contraction is way more painful.”

“Mikey were almost there and Dr. Toro knows that your in labor, a nurse is going to be waiting by the door with a wheelchair and they will take you to a private labor and birth room. Frank will stay with you the entire time. I will park the car and meet Lynz and we will come in and stay with you till your about to push then we will wait outside.”Gerard rushed out in one breath.

The contraction passed and Frank looked worried. “Your contractions are getting closer and longer Mikey”

“No shit Sherlock”I rolled my eyes as we pulled up and like my brother said a nurse was waiting at the front doors of the birthing center.

Frank helped me up and ran around to get the door and grabbed the bag that held my toiletries and pajamas. I felt a contraction hit the slowly climbing of the pain.

“Fuck”I whimpered as it hit its peak. The way I was sitting did nothing for me but add to the pain. We stopped and Frank helped me out and helped me into the wheelchair. Frank had my bag slung over his shoulder and his hands were wrapped tightly around mine.

As the contraction faded I was in the labor and birth room within minutes. I had a gown given to me. The only problem was my ass would be hanging out, my birth canal was slowly opening and that hurt like a bitch.

The nice thing about being a male fertile is that I wouldn’t give birth through my ass. A birth canal would open just between my ass and balls, the same spot as any woman. The only time my canal would open was during birth. I was about two centimeters and it was starting to get uncomfortable.

Frank helped me into the gown and I was bare-ass-naked under the gown. The door opened and Dr.Toro walked in and I knew I had to lay on the bed and open my legs so he could see how dilated I was.

As I wattled over to the bed I could feel Frank staring at my ass. I laid myself down on the bed a contraction was going to start soon. Laying down for my contractions was not helping and just made them more painful. As the contraction slowly rose the doctor just kinda looked at his watch. Once it had ended and the cringing from the pain had left my face the doctor shook his head.

Doctor Toro lubed up his finger and slowly pushed it up the birth canal to see how far I was and see if he could feel the head of the baby. After shaking his head he stood up, took his gloves off rolling them in a ball and throwing them to a trash can.

“You’re going to be here for a while your only at three centimeters and what happened when your water broke? Was it clear? Did it have blood? Was it a trickle or a gush?”

“Large gush, and it was clear with a slight yellow tint”I stood up and walked over to Frank so we could start with the rocking back and forth on my feet if needed.

A nod came from the doctor, “Are you going to want an epidural?”

“Oh hell no! I will do this naturally and yes that would help me along but this is one of those things that need to happen without drugs”I told him and Frank wrapped his hands around my waist so that his hands rested on my bump. A kick to my ribs left me winded and panting for breath.

Soon after Doctor Toro left Gerard and Lynz came in, looking a little rushed. Hair was messed up and clothes were ruffled. A dark spot could be seen on Gerard’s neck that wasn’t there before. A light blush could be seen on Lynz’s face.

“Sorry we took so long, we got lost.”Gerard looked down and a faint smile on his lips could be seen.

“Did you have fun?”I asked just as a contraction started to fade in and Frank and I just rocked side to side.

The peak of the contraction came and I was just barely able to breathe through that. The end was here and I was starting to get a little bit of sweat on my forehead.

“We got stuck in the windstorm outside, then we got lost”I looked out side and saw that a windstorm had started. Rain was just starting to fall and the small droplets were clinging to the window.

The jackets that they were wearing before were dotted with wet spots from the rain. I felt a small heat come up on my cheeks and neck.

Hours passed and I was close to pushing. I had my arms on the bed as I leaned forward; My ass hanging out. Frank’s hand in mine as I had only a few seconds before I was going to push on contractions and rest in-between. I was now at ten centimeters and each contraction hit like a freight train that had hundreds of white hot knifes in the front.

“Alright Mikey push”Doctor Toro was behind me and my parents were outside with Gerard and Lynz. As I pushed it felt like I was trying to push a watermelon out of a hose. I had my eyes closed and I was holding Frank’s hand.

As the contraction came to an end I was slightly out of breath. Frank brushed the hair out of my face that was slightly wet from me sweating. “Remind me again why we wanted kids”

“Mikey this is just a part of it, remember we get to watch her grow up.”Frank smiled at me to reassure me as he gently pushed more hair out of my eyes. “God you’re so pretty, I don’t care how old you get you will still be the most wonderful Fertile”

My glasses were fogged and I couldn’t see hardly anything but the next contraction was rapidly approaching. “Alright Mikey push as hard as you can”

As I pushed I could feel the baby slowly start to move down the birth canal. How big was this kid? “Mikes your doing so good, keep it up”

“Frank when you are pushing a watermelon out of a hose and you carried a child for over half a year then you can talk but until then just shut up”I rolled my eyes and Frank looked a bit hurt.
As half an hour of pushing off and on passed the child that I held moved down slowly. “I can see the head Mikey, one more big push and she will crown”A sigh came from my lips as I was almost done from pushing this kid out.

“Alright Mikey push as hard as you can please”The doctor was gently telling me things. Though I felt like I was just not going to be able to push anymore.

“Frank I can’t do it, I can’t push anymore.”I was short on breath.

“Yes you can Mikey, just one more push and our little girl will crown. You get to rest through the contraction after that then out little girl will be here. Push for me Mikey, please”Frank meant every word he said so I knew he was right and I pushed with all that I was worth and I felt a burn. The ring of fire, my little girl had crowned.

“With the next contraction don’t push, if you have to pant like a dog. Frank I want you to keep Mikey distracted.”

The next contraction came and it was hard not to push. I was taking deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth. Frank was talking to me but I didn’t hear much.

“Mikey your doing so good I don’t think I could do what you’re doing. In a few minutes our little girl will be here.”Frank was smiling like a mad man and his eyes were just twinkling.

“Ok Mikey push for me please”As I pushed I could feel the head coming out and a few seconds later her shoulders were out and she just slid out. “Frank would you like to cut the cord?”

I didn’t feel anything but the sound of my baby crying was the most wonderful sound I’ve ever heard. Tears filled my eyes as the doctor went to go check her eyes and do a basic exam.

“Here she is, she’s small at only five pounds three ounces, but she is long with eleven inches”I held my little girl for the first time and I fell in love all over again. She was sleeping but she was so beautiful.

“Welcome to the world Mae”I smiled down at her Frank came up beside me and he was crying. I handed the little pink bundle to my husband.

I felt another ripping pain course through my body, I let out a small yell in pain and grabbed Franks shirt, careful not to hurt my new baby..

“Frank!” I started to cry, “It still hurts,” Another pain, “It really hurts, what’s happening?!”
