Vampires Will Never Hurt You

I scream extremely loud. The person covers my mouth with his hand. "shh you'll wake the neighborhood" he whispers. He climbs off of me and holds out a hand. I grab it and he pulls me to my feet. I look this guy over.
He's a few inches taller than me with short black hair that is obviously dyed. Freckles line his cheek bone. He seems fairly skinny and about 16ish. Oh and his eyes are bright red. Vampire. I also notic the bow and quiver over his shoulder.
"Sorry about that I thought you were an animal." He explains "I'm Chase by the way." He smiles. "Lexi" I say shyly. "New?" "Yeah. How did you know?" "Your eyes are still their natural color. They stay that way for the first few months" "Oh" Chase looks around and frowns. "Where's the person who Changed you" Crap. "Um well I ran away from them" Chase is shocked "What! Why?" he asks. I sigh. "Because I don't to be this... monster that kills people... and I just, I..." I trail off. "Well" Chase says after a while "You don't have to kill people. I kill animals. In fact..." he runs off and I hear a few twigs break before he returns holding a deceased bird. "You look thirsty" he says.
Drink from a gross wild bird... yeah I'll pass on that. Or so I think because instantly my fangs are in the bird, draining it of its blood. "Better?" Chase ask after I finish and drop the bird on the ground. I nod. " So who did Change you anyway?" he asks curiously. "This guy named Gerard. He has a brother and-" "Oh I know them! They're my cousins!" oH. "I- I think I want to go back" I let out. Why did I just...? "Okay. I'll take you there." Chase says.
So we begin to walk through the woods in total silence. After about 10 minutes I decide to start another conversation. "So, are you Changed?" I ask Chase. He nods. "It's kind of an interesting story." He says. "So tell it" I mumble. He chuckles then clears his throat... (To be continued)

as stated I am in class bc my teacher gave us a free day. unfortunently I am a slow typer and the laptop I'm using closed my page earlier and I ha to retype it. I might be able to finish it on Thursday.... Chase is based off my friend Chance, who asked to be a character.... I'm starting a new Frerard called "Get Me The Hell Out Of Here" I t should be up soon. That's all for now.
