Kat’s P.O.V
“Kat lets go” Brit says grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the ally I was in too much of shock my eyes were hurting from holding back tears I tried so hard to hold them back, but I guess I failed when I felt the wet salt water falling.
“Emo Loser” Gerard called after me, all my life I had been called names but never has such a name hurt more.
That was it tears came pouring down my face I break free from Brit’s hug and run no place in mind I just ran when I stopped running I was in front of the Way house. I sit down and the flood gates open wider if that’s possible. The warm water coming down my face like ran would in a storm.
I take out my blade and sit down right in front of their door,
The first cut is for Mikey the person that killed my heart so many years ago.
The second cut is for Gerard the man that has caused me endless pain.
The third cut is for Frank a former friend that turned into an enemy.
The fourth cut is for Brit the only friend that has stood by my side.
The fifth is for Ray the only blood relative I have left.
The sixth is for Aunt Lydia the woman that helped when I needed it.
The seventh is for Dad the only person I ever looked up to.
The eighth is for Mom for the mother that gave birth to me in a harsh world.
And the ninth tenth, eleventh and twelfth is for me. Each cut went deeper and the warm life falls faster down my arm.
Then I look at my phone and see it is 3:00 I hear a car pull in as I start getting light headed, so long and good night.
"Kat" Mikey says, it sounds like he is in a tunnel and it echo’s to me. The pounding of my heart is all I can hear, I can finally let go. Good bye.
"KAT ANSWER ME" he says as he is shaking me, just let me die in piece. I just want to leave this world.
Then everything goes black, I finally got what I wanted! No more Mikey, No more Gerard, No more Frank, No more Ray, No more school. I’m free.
Time lapse if 2 days
I am trying to open my eyes but I can't so I try blinking ugh what even happened oh yeah cutting; I just wanted to die but I guess I failed. Again.
I try to open my eyes again and they open so I just move my eyes around the room and I see Ray, Brit, and aunt Lydia.
So I giggle and close my eyes.
"What the hell was that?" I hear Ray say, as he looks around.
"Me" I mumble with my eyes still closed, I find this fun oddly enough.
Then I open my eyes to see the nurse walk I and Ray looking like he is hearing things.
"Hey your awake" the nurse said, as she gives me a bright smile "oh and I’m nurse Way"
my head shoots up and then she says,
"oh and the people who brought you are here to see you and they want to talk to you alone so I need you guys to leave please" Shit I can figure it out already.
“Okay Kat we will be in the waiting room, when your done just let the nurse know and she will fetch us” Ray says and I nod.
