The Tour Is Dead
My hands shook as I stood at the rear of the car with my gun pointed into the empty parking lot. The sun was starting to set, everything the sun touched looked like it was on fire. If I wasn't holding a gun and running for my life, I'd take a moment to take in this beautiful site. I heard the car start and Gerard let out laugh.
"Gets easier and easier everytime, get in Frank, and hurry."
I quickly put the gun down and made my way to the passanger seat. We both got in and Gerard took off.
"This car will get us to at lest another state. Then we gotta get a new one." I sar back in my seat and took ten deep breaths.
"Gerard what are we gonna do." I reached into my pants pocket for a cigarette. He chewed on his lips and gave me a sideways smirk.
"Frankie, we gotta lotta runnin to do. We gotta make it to Jersey. I know the tours gonna be cancled, and news for my arrest is gonna be everywhere, we gotta make to Mikey so he knows we are okay at lest." He hit cruise control and leaned back lighting a smoke.
"I gotta see Tony too. I need to give him his money." Gerard's face lit up as he took a drag of the cigarette.
We sat in silence smoking our cancer sticks. I was starting to calm down oddly enough.
"Tony, told me if we got into any trouble with the law he can get our names cleared." Gerard broke the silence. "I never ment to drag you into this Franks." he sighed.
"I know Gee." I leaned over and gave him a peck on the cheek. "I'm going to get some sleep."
*Gerard's P.O.V*
Frank crawled his way into the back seat and laid down. I sighed and took another smoke out of my pocket and lit it up. I felt like a prick. I knew I should've never gotten Frank into this mess. I looked back at him and smiled. He was out cold, his mouth slightly open and a soft snore comming out of his mouth. I turned around and something quickly hit me, Frank was the only person I couldn ever trust, he was my bestfriend. He was the only person I have ever loved....
