Awh no, not Frank!
Trying to avoid as many spoilers as I can, Frank does actually love Gerard. It's not really that that he's questioning, it's more that he doesn't know if it's all worth it. He's aware that he and Gerard are completely toxic together, and that Cameron is a lot easier to be with, and it's only that that's confusing him.
(Just trust me, okay? ;D)

I really don't trust that Cameron guy he's kinda manipulative towards Frank on a very small scale. Idk I love this fic though xD.
Can I just say that I hated that Cameron guy from the very beginning like can he not be such a manipulative ass I mean sure Frank is hot and cute and perfect af but Goooood!!!
If you'll break up gee and frank and put him with that guy I might have to join the squad and contribute to your murder
