I Think I Like It - Comments, page 44

@FrerardFaggot
ooooh. i get that. (although they dont seem to be able to wait 6 months so maybe not so pointless? lol) This last chapter broke my heart. I rly hope things get fixed for Gee and Frank. Maybe thats why my life is messy? I'm rooting for toxic relationships.

and now I'm crying. thanks. fucking fuck i hate reading stories that aren't completed i'm crying

God, I knew this was coming, but damn...still hurts.

I really don't think Frankie and Gee are toxic to each other, not really. Gee has fucked lots of people, but he's never fallen in love and had the complexity of emotions to process like he does with Frank, so in a very real way, he is in his first ever relationship, same as Frank. They both are struggling to manage those emotions. Totally normal in my book.

And I think Cam is a bigger manipulator that Gee. He knows how confused Frank is and he exploits that to draw him closer....no more than ever since he has something to hold over Gee and Frank's heads. Innocent my ass.

Ahhhh I get it now. Yes it is very cool title for this chapter. Thanks for explaining!

Aw thank you so much!
Yeah, I mean, it's a difficult situation for everyone involved, what with Gerard and Frank being in a horribly toxic, destructive relationship, and Cameron who just got pulled in way to deep to something he couldn't control. On one hand, it's obvious that Frank and Cameron would be more ideal, and that they'd be healthier together, but I doubt Frank or Gerard could live without the other at this point.

Ah I was hoping someone would ask! <3
Zenith refers to the space directly above an observer, and Nadir refers to the space directly below them. HOWEVER, it can also be used to describe a situation or spirituality on the 'wheel of fortune' in life. For example, a person's Zenith would be the very best they can be, and their Nadir would be their very worst. I thought it was pretty potent for this chapter. :)

I have a question... Why is the title of this chapter Zenith and Nadir?

God I could talk about this story all day! You put so much underlying meaning and detail and makes it unbelievably captivating! Really beginning to believe Cameron deserves better than Frank, who's dragging him along for his own benefit

You couldn't be more right. Gerard is obviously terrified that Frank is gonna leave him for Cameron, so he's trying to scare him away, which is stupid because Frank's already proven that he wouldn't - the only thing really that attracts him to Cam is the fact that their relationship is so much easier, just because they're the same age and Cameron doesn't have as much mental instability as Gerard.
The thing that really got me when I was writing this chapter was that Cameron has to sit and listen to his teacher talking about that stuff. It's hard to even imagine how uncomfortable that would have been, especially because he has to see him pretty much every day with those images in his head. Gerard especially is underestimating how damaging that can be, and Frank is so worried about making sure that Gerard doesn't either leave him or kill himself that he doesn't give himself enough time to care about Cameron. It's really unfair :(

Oh my god.

Omg my heart is BROKEN ! ;-; why would u do this to meeee Q~Q

Frank does need to stop taking Gerard's side! Gerard is being downright immature about Cameron having a crush, a crush,
on Frank and responds immediately by giving a 17 year old boy (Cameron) explicit details of sex with said crush. It seems like Frank and Gerard are really taking Cameron's silence for granted, as he's in pain and still allowing an illegal relationship to thrive it's honestly killing me how they're treating him.

@ErinosaurXX

Unpopular, maybe, but definitely justified! He's been thrown into a situation he has no control of, and he's being used, pretty much. That doesn't help with Gerard being an asshole about it, and Frank always taking Gee's side, even if he's in the wrong. I'd probably explode too. It's no wonder he's not happy just sitting and being taken advantage of anymore, but since Gee and Frank are so stupid for each other, they don't notice that he's in pain.

As a person that once wrote 50k words worth of pining and then killed off one person three chapters after they got together I can exactly justify saying I'm gonna kill you but fuuuuuuck it I need more. Right. Now. I can't do anything after a chapter like this! This is so perfect and Gooood!
