Oh is Gangland an actual show. lol I just meant gang land. funny thing, not haha funny...he technically wasnt in. This is a testament to just how smooth (and scarily manipulative i'll b honest) he can be). One gang wanted him and when youre into shady stuff and live on the worst st in a particular city, you dont just say no thx. no sure if he was slinging heroin for them yet or not. he doesnt sit around reminiscing. so he said, its better for u if i dont join. that way if the cops pick me up i can honestly say im not w you. they loved that. and he said he still he the perks/full protection of them behind him. of course thats not to say he was safe. esp at the end when he was a homeless drug addict w a hit out on him. i thought visiting him in the psych ward at 17 was heart breaking. getting a phone call asking what my maiden name was bc that were looking for next of kin was worse. it was my sister and my greatest fear. we spent 2 days until we found him in a hospital under a false name being treated like garage bc he was a homeless junkie getting free care.

I fully understand and respect that. I watch a lot of Gangland, so I am familiar with how hard ti can be to get out. More power to him that he did and that you and he are safe.

I was really nervous to go to NYC both time this week. I do not like the subway, but it was the best way to get there and both venues were not hard to find, but still people sleeping on the streets and crazy people there. @~@

There's a big gang problem in the suburb area I live in too. My baby brother was in the scene for yrs and was almost killed. Saw his friend get murdered and he was a witness.managed to get away w but one leg is frozen/dead from the knee down. He was trying to get out and now he is thank goodness. We used to be very close before all that. I didn't see him for 10 yrs. He's the closest thing I have to a child. I'd write about it but I don't want the wrong ppl knowing he's still alive. Or they'll try again.

Yeah. Too bad I don't have many here anymore. But i live in an hr out of SF so not only would I be on some bad sts, and believe me, some of these venues are, BART at midnight isn't too nice either. Remember what Gee said about the only time he was scared (In life on the murder scene) was before a SF show? Never been to NY so I'm not sure if this is the same there but in SF you can go from an ok part to gangland in a matter of a block or two.

I was the same way with NYC, even though I lived there. Now though that I have seen where the venues are and how to get there, I can be a little more comfortable, but it is always more awesome to go with a friend.

I figured these mini tours were just warms up anyway. By the time they come back maybe I'll have someone to go w and a little money. I don't feel comfortable going into SF by myself. Not safe.

Well with Frank, he was touring with bands that already went there so that made sense. I am sure he will get out there on next tour. I only planned on going to the Irving Plaza concert, but then I was given tickets to Webster Hall and Boston for my birthday! I am sure you will get to see him the next tour round after he returns from Australia! ^-^

Yay! I wanted to see him so bad when he played here on the 12th but I couldn't find a single person to go w me. I'm also broke but I would have ignored that part. Frank didn't even play Cali for some reason this time around.
