Why?! Why did I open my big mouth?! I shouldn't have said anything! Will he get out on a technicality? Could he say self-defense? If Jack has a criminal record, and Frank is clean, then that would mean they'd take Frank's word over his. The he'd be out and everyone would be happy!

Er, Frank wouldn't really be able to make good on his promise to ruin Jack, considering if Jack told, Frank would be arrested for assaulting a minor.

Yeah I know I had three of my ribs broken and a ligament torn before as well as a split lip

Split lips suck. Happened to me more than a few times- blood tastes weird. And I've hit my face on someone's knee. That was a bruise worth a few drinks.
