Yes, a love triangle, that's a great idea @ArielTheKilljoyMermaid . I completely agree, but a huge twist would be that the damage is too far done, and she goes to Frank for good. (That's what I would do.. >.>)
Make Frankie come into the picture qnd she takes a liking to Grankie to make Gerard jealous. When Gee gets jealous he'll do something really sweet and then they fall in love agagin, but then bad news. Frankie still likes Ivy then you have a problem.
How about she falls into her old ways and starts cutting and wants to die again, but Gerard does something that wins her heart and she stops
Make ivy not get with gerard again he hurt her, and that's not right :x but make Ivy get with someone else so Gee gets Jealous and then he has to do something major to win her heart back ^~^
Ivy should make Gerard feel like shit, but they still live together, and then have Ivy find a new crush, but Gerard doesn't like that so he does the thing and they get back together.

I would love Frank to maybe be ivys comforter in her distress while fighting with Gerard. And then that brings conflict with Gerard and Frank . Just a suggestion.
