Summary
When Harry and Harley Potter are orphaned, they are taken in by their aunt and uncle and raised like they are Vernon and Petunia's own children with their cousin Dudley, except Harry is cruel and abusive to poor Harley when her normally black hair slowly changes white when they're 5/6 years old.
In their fifth year at Hogwarts, Harley tries to commit suicide from the Astronomy Tower when a mysterious figure in black saves her, leading her from the Second Wizarding War to another against Non-Magical Society....
