Odd encounters

Frank and I left my mom and dad's now we are wondering around town looking for one of the other bands. I know they'll all be out hunting tonight. I've memorized their schedules. Mikey and Ray have gone to the park tonight. I'm surprised none of the bands have run into each other once while hunting. Frank and I turn into an ally. I hear hissing and a knife slicing. Our hearing is great so I know that has to be one of the bands hunting. We rush down to the end of the ally to see Brendon Urie surrounded by a large group of evil vampires.

"Fucking die monsters!" I hear him yell at them. Frank and I just stand there watching for a bit. He turns and notices us staring. His eyes go wide. "Gerard! Frank! Run! Get to safety!" He calls out to us. I look over to see Frank pulling out his knife. I pull out my sword that I keep well hidden.

"Jesus fuck Gerard. Didn't know you had one of those." Frank says to me. I laugh. Yeah, I keep my weapons well hidden.

"Vampire form. Makes you quicker." I tell him. He nods. We look at Brendon who is giving us confused looks. Both of us transform and growl at the other vampires. "You take the right. I'll go left." I say to Frank. He nods and we run and start ripping at the vampires. Brendon is staring at both of us in fear.

I jump on one of the vampires and rip its throat out. No vampires are surrounding Brendon anymore but he's sat there frozen in probably shock and fear. I start swinging my sword and killing all the vampires around me. Frank is killing the vampires on his side. It's an easy battle.

"Behind you Gerard!" Frank calls out to me. I smirk and disappear. I reappear behind the vampire that was bending me. I rip its head to the side and sink my fangs deep into its dry skin. I drain the vampire and let it disintegrate.

"Frank! Switch weapons quickly!" I yell and toss him my sword. He tosses me his knife and we continue fighting. He had more surrounding him so he needed something long range.

The battle doesn't last much longer. When it finishes Frank, Brendon, and I are all bloodied from killing. Frank and I walk up to Brendon and revert back to human form. I hand Frank back his knife and he gives me my sword. We put them back in their sheaths and walk to Brendon. He's staring at us. I take a look at his skin. He's got a few cuts. He starts panicking.

"No. No." He repeatedly mumbles. He's in a daze. I pick him up and look at him.

"Frank. Grab hold of me somewhere. I'm going to get us back to the house. We'll tell the other bands when we know he's okay. When we get there call Mikey and Ray back." I tell him and kiss his forehead. He grabs hold of my waist and I teleport us back to my home. My mom and Dad are out hunting too. I lay Brendon on the table and Frank runs to call Mikey and Ray. "Listen Brendon. You are okay." I tell him. I bring his arm with the cuts up to my mouth and transform. He snaps back to reality and snaps his arm back to himself.

"N-no. S-stay away. Y-you're a m-monster." He says to me. I sigh and grab his arm again. He stares at me in fear. "P-please d-don't k-kill me." He mumbles. I frown.

"I would never Brendon. Look, Frank and I hunt vampires. I'm just going to heal you okay?" I ask him softly. He stares at me. I bring his cuts up to my mouth and lick over them. They disappear and I give a soft smile. "There. Done." I say and let my fangs slip away and my eyes go back to normal colour. Frank walks back in the room.

"All healed up Brendon? Mikey and Ray will be right back by the way Gerard." Frank says. I smile and nod. He walks up to me and wraps his arms around my waist. I wrap an arm around his shoulders.

"Y-yeah." Brendon stutters. I know he's still scared of us being vampires. He sits up on the table. "W-what's w-with y-you guys?" He asks. I smile and look at Frank.

"I think we are an item. Are we Gerard?" He asks me. I kiss his nose and he smiles.

"We are whatever you want us to be. You know I won't push anything on you." I tell him as he curls in my arms. He nods his head on my chest. I smile. "Then I guess we are." I say happily. "Oh, sorry about my sudden change in voice Brendon. Every vampire has a quirk to keep their secrets. Mine is my voice, Frank's is his tapping. See how he isn't tapping his fingers like usual? It's because we don't have to keep it hidden that we are vampires infront of you." I tell him. Mikey and Ray burst through the door.

"Gee! Is Brendon okay? Frank told us about the hunt." Mikey says as he runs into the house. He lets out a sigh as he sees Brendon sitting up. He walks up to me and hugs me along with Frank. "You already are the best big brother I can ask for. You are amazing Gee." He says to me. I smile and hug him and Frank tightly. Ray walks into the room and smiles.

"Hey Brendon. So I see that you've noticed Gerard and Frank are something and Mikey and Gerard are brothers. We hunt too. We are going to stay here with you as Gerard and Frank go and get the other bands." Ray says. I smile and motion him over to us. I get him to join the hug too. We smile at Brendon.

"Come over here and join us." I tell Brendon. He gives a shrug and a small smile. He walks over and joins the hug.
