Never been better

Frank's POV

Me and Gerard took the kids to the park since they needed to let their hair down. Gerard was on edge after the last time he came here with Seth.
"Stop worrying will you, the bastard has gone back to kangaroo land." I said and sat next to Gerard who had Phoenix sat on his lap.
"How do you even know that?" Gerard asked as he looked round for Seth and Rella and when he spotted them he relaxed a little.
"I have my ways, now you need to stop and just relax a little. Seth will probably look after Rella and I'll look after the baby if you want." I said and Gerard looked at me and held Phoenix closer to him.
"No, I'm have the baby today." Gerard said and I couldn't help but chuckle and kiss his cheek.
Gerard sat Phoenix on the blanket we was sat on and Gerard rested Phoenix on his leg and gave him a toy to play with.
"Ma and dad said they would have madam for the weekend if you want a quieter weekend." I said and Gerard smiled and looked up and I followed his eye line to see Seth helping Rella to the slide and he went down the slide with her.
"Seth has the sleepover at the weekend and not meaning it in a nasty way but I could really do with a break from her because she is a nightmare and she's only 13 months. God help us when she's older and is able to speak her mind." Gerard said and I couldn't help but chuckle because what he said was true.
"What about little man here then?" I asked and tickled his feet which made Phoenix giggle with a smile on his face which made me smile.
"He can stay, it's not as if he's going to get into any trouble anytime soon." Gerard said and I smiled.
Gerard picked Phoenix up and blew raspberries on Phoenix stomach which made Phoenix laugh and Gerard put him on the floor on his belly which made Phoenix kick his legs out and get cross with Gerard.
"Tummy time is important I'm afraid little man." I said and Seth came over carrying Rella the best he could and it made Gerard chuckle.
"Hey trouble what you two doing back?" I said as Seth let go of Rella and I held my arms out and Rella walked over and I wrapped my arms round her and covered her in kissed which made her laugh.
I looked at Seth who was sat with Gerard messing around with Phoenix.
"I'm hungry." Seth said and me and Gerard looked at him.
"Look in Phoenix bag and you might find something to eat and drink. Can you get Rella food out for me as well?" Gerard said and Seth nodded and got himself and Rella's food.
"You want Nix bottle?" Seth asked as he walked to Gerard.
"I don't think Nix is hungry at the moment, but thank you anyway." Gerard said and Seth just sat down and started to eat his lunch while I helped Rella eat hers.

We got home and Seth and Rella was busy winding each other up and somewhere between that Phoenix was whining on his playmat.
"Fucking hell remind me that kids aren't a good idea, especially close together." Gerard said who had hidden himself in the kitchen with the child gate across.
"Yeah but you love them really though." I said and turned round and saw Seth and Rella playing roughly and getting to close to Phoenix.
"Seth, Rella look what your doing and play nicely." Gerard said seriously and they both stopped and looked at Gerard and I walked over and picked Phoenix up.
"Go carefully okay, you nearly fell on Nix and that wouldn't be good now would it?" I said and Seth shook his head since he was the only one who understands.
"Just go careful okay, remember that Rella is only little still and Nix is even small so you need to make sure that when you play it isn't going to hurt Rella or Nix." I said to Seth and he nodded.
I smiled at Seth and he went off and got hold of the remote and he put the tv on.
I walked over to Gerard and he handed me Phoenix bottle and I joined Seth and Rella in watching tv while Gerard was sorting stuff out for the weekend.
"Daddy is grumpy." Seth said as he sat next to me and watched me feed Phoenix.
"Daddy just has a lot on his mind at the moment. He doesn't mean to be grumpy." I said and Rella came over and slapped her hands on my knees which made me look at her.
"How can I help you madam?" I asked Rella smiled at me which I returned.
Gerard came over and picked Rella up and put her over his shoulder which made her laugh.
"I believe it's somebodys nap time." Gerard said as he cuddled her and Rella returned his hug and rested her head on his shoulder.
"Is that meaning you or for her?" I asked and looked at Phoenix who was nodding off with his bottle in his mouth still drinking his milk.
"Totally for me." Gerard chuckled and he walked off and I heard him with Rella.
I stopped feeding Phoenix and winding him the best I could before I put him down for his nap.
Gerard walked into the room and just flopped on the bed.
"I'll keep an eye on Seth while you have a snooze." I said quietly.
"Your the best, I love you see you in a bit." Gerard mumbled as he fell asleep and I couldn't help but chuckle at him and I kissed the side of his head.
"I love you too." I whispered and walked out the room and kept Seth company for a while.
