Never been better

Frank's POV

"Christ child do you ever shut up now?" I asked as I was doing some housework with Rella babbling loudly over the Hoover.
Gerard had taken Seth the playgroup and then he had to go to the shops since Rella is liking baby food or mine, Gerard's or Seth's food better than her bottle, even though she doesn't turn her bottle down when it's offered to her.
I finished hovering and Rella looked at me as if what I did was wrong.
"Can't have the hoover going all day baby, it'll give me and daddy a headache on top of you and Seth making loads of noise, we can't cope with that because we're old farts." I said and Rella smiled and flipped herself onto her back and put her foot in her mouth.
I walked into the kitchen to put some more washing in the machine when Rella started whining because I was out of her eye sight.
I walked out to the sitting room and picked her up.
"Do I need your permission to go and do the washing for daddy because he's only going to get grumpy if I don't do any housework." I said and looked at Rella who was looking at me with her gorgeous hazel eyes.
"We don't want a grumpy daddy do we?" I asked and Rella smiled and shrieks in my ear.
"Well I'm glad you find it funny because it's not your balls out on the line here." I said and I heard the door opened and shut and turned round and saw Gerard walking in.
"Who's that baby?" I asked Rella happily and she looked towards Gerard and babbled.
"That's right daddy is home." I said and walked over to Gerard and kissed him which he returned.
"Have the baby while I put the shopping away." I said and Gerard frowned at me.
"I'm 4 months pregnant, I'm not made of glass and I'm not the fat yet." Gerard said and he ran his finger over Rella's cheek.
"Well I was actually thinking you can have the gobby bitch for a while." I said and Gerard chuckled and he took Rella from me.
"What's he saying about you." Gerard chuckled and lifted Rella up over his head and brought her do and covered her in kisses which made her squeal and laugh.

Gerard put Rella down for her afternoon nap and we was both sat on the sofa enjoying some much needed peace and quiet. Gerard had his head on my lap and I messed with his hair.
"How you feeling today?" I asked and Gerard looked at me.
"Really bushed, the sooner I'm past 20 weeks the fucking better because I seriously can't function on 4 hours sleep. Especially with Seth and Rella." Gerard said quietly.
"Do you want to go and lie down and have a snooze?" I asked and Gerard shook his head.
"I'm comfy here." Gerard muttered.
"Do you mind if I put the tv on and catch up on Orange is the new black?" I asked and Gerard shook his head and I put a cushion under his head and then pulled the blanket over him and Gerard sighed loudly and he put his hand over his small bump he now had and I smiled and watched orange is the new black.
I looked at the time and saw that it was time to get Seth from playgroup and I could hear Rella through the baby monitor.

"Babe, baby wake up for me a second." I said and kissed the end of his nose and messed with his hair and Gerard's eyes fluttered open and he looked at me.
"What?" Gerard asked sleepily.
"I'm going to go and take Rella and pick Seth up. You go to bed and sleep some more." I said softly and Gerard nodded but he didn't move.
"I'll let you even have my side of the bed." I said and Gerard groaned and he sat up.
"Shit. Look at the time fuck I have to go and pick Seth up." Gerard said and I caught hold of his hand.
"Babe, its fine. I'm going to go and get Rella and I'll get Seth with Rella." I said and Gerard nodded.
"Go to our room, you have permission to sleep on my side of the bed." I said and Gerard smiled and he stood up but I noticed he looked a bit uneasy.
"Steady babe, you feeling okay?" I asked and Gerard nodded.
"I got up to quick. Baby didn't like that much." Gerard said quietly.
"Have you eaten today?" I asked seriously since Gerard is going backwards on his eating which was worrying me a lot.
"Yeah, I had a yoghurt with some fruit." Gerard said.
"You need to eat more other than yoghurt and fruit babe." I said and Gerard sighed and looked at me.
"I'm sorry." Gerard said quietly.
I pulled him into a hug which he returned.
"Its okay, I just want you and baby to be in the best health you can be. I don't want to lose either of you, or the kids." I said and Gerard nodded.
"Go and get some rest. What cravings do you have tonight?" I asked.
"Pizza, not the ones we have to cook but a delivery one." Gerard said and I chuckled and kissed him.
"I'll be on that when I get back from school duty." I said and walked with Gerard and got Rella and changed her and I went to go and get Seth.

"Baby please rub my feet." Gerard whined from the bath as I brushed my teeth.
"I swear to god all I do when your pregnant is rub your fucking feet." I said with the toothbrush in my mouth and I looked at Gerard.
"Maybe you shouldn't of gotten me pregnant then." Gerard said in a sassy way.
"Maybe I like seeing you pregnant." I said and Gerard rolled his eyes.
"Well your not the one having to carry a watermelon around inside of your body." Gerard said and I looked at him confused.
"Seriously? You didn't know I have something the size of a watermelon in my womb. Fuck Frank you really are slow." Gerard said and put my middle finger up at him.
"Fuck you." I said and and turned round and spat the toothpaste out.
"Well you have done that and now look we have a 5 month old and a kid cooking in the oven." Gerard said and I chuckled.
"What do you want this time?" Gerard asked as he looked down at his bump and ran his hands over it.
"To be honest I really don't give a shit what it is, as long you and the baby are fine I don't care." I said and walked over sand sat on the side of the bath.
"Shell we have a surprise on what this one is?" Gerard asked and looked at me.
"That means we have to 5 months though." I pouted and Gerard chuckled.
"Yeah but it'll be a good surprise though." Gerard said and I smiled and kissed him.
"I'll see you in bed." I whispered and got up and went and sat on the bed and waited for Gerard.

Gerard came walking into the room naked not really giving a shit which made me smile.
"You know Seth could of been in the room." I said.
"We're all guys here." Gerard said and sat on the bed and I rolled my eyes as he was being a typical 21 year old for once.
"Could really do with a cigarette right now." Gerard said as he lead back on the bed and I couldn't help stare at the small bump which was slowly growing.
"But you can't because we don't have any in the house and also you have baba cooking." I said and Gerard looked at me and smiled.
"Damn this child." Gerard chuckled and he sat up and got off the bed and he put on one of my top and he climbed into bed and I did the same and he cuddled into my side.
"I love you." I said quietly and I felt Gerard kiss the side of my chest.
"I love you too." Gerard whispered and we both fell asleep.
