Never been better

Frank's POV

"Do you think he'll like it here?" I asked Ma and dad as we looked round this apartment I really liked.
"He would be stupid if he didn't. There's space so none of you are going to be under each other feet, there's even a balcony." Dad said and I smiled.
"Needs work doing to it though." I said and looked round the place.
"Hey, you work on this for the next 3 months and you'll have a place for when the baby is born." Dad said.
"I can't really leave Gerard on his own for the last 3 months, the poor bugger is struggling enough as it is." I said and Ma chuckled.
"Well, me and your mother have talked and as some sort of house warming present for the place we'll pay for someone to do the work and make it into a home for you and your family." Dad said and I smiled and looked at him shocked.
"But you've done so much for us already." I said quietly.
"But we want to do this. We see how happy you are with Gerard and Seth, we just want you to be happy." Ma said and I smiled.
"I don't know how to thank you guys." I said.
"You don't have too, we have the baby on the way that's enough for us." Ma said and I smiled and looked round the place one last time before heading towards the door.
"Where you going?" Dad asked.
"I need to go to the hospital and be there for Gee and Seth." I said and Ma smiled.
"I'll leave you to lock up." I said and walked out the apartment and headed towards the hospital.

"How are my two beautiful boys then?" I asked as I walked over to Gerard and Seth and gave Gerard a quick peck on the lips and kissed the top of Seth's head.
Seth was sat between Gerard's legs and Gerard was reading to him.
"We're bored aren't we little man." Gerard said and kissed the top of Seth's hair and Seth nodded.
"What the doctors saying?" I asked and sat at the bottom of the bed opposite Gerard and Seth.
"He has really bad concussion so he's spending another night here and hopefully he can go home tomorrow." Gerard said and he looked really uncomfortable.
"That's good then. You okay babe?" I said and Gerard nodded and rubbed his stomach.
"Yeah, she's just beating me and Seth up, isn't she?" Gerard said and looked at Seth who was messing around on Gerard's phone.
"What's the baby been doing Seth?" I asked as Gerard took his phone off Seth and looked at something.
"She's been kicking my back. She also kicked me when I blew raspberries on daddy belly." Seth said and he crawled over to me.

Seth had fallen asleep on my leg and Gerard was wondering around since he wasn't comfortable sat on the bed.
"She giving you hell?" I asked and Gerard nodded.
"She's been kicking a lot today, especially my ribs." Gerard said and I couldn't help but smile a little.
"So I have something to tell you." I said and Gerard looked at me.
"You cheated on me?" Gerard asked and I looked at him completely shocked.
"What! No baby, I would never do that to you. I have a family now and I wouldn't risk losing it either." I said and Gerard frowned as he looked dow trying to work out what I had to say.
"Babe, come and sit down." I said and Gerard walked over and sat down on the bed and you could quite clearly see his baby bump which was cute in my eyes.
"Right, you know we have been looking for a apartment for when the baby gets here." I said and Gerard looked at me still confused but nodded.
"Well I have found the perfect apartment for us." I said and Gerard looked at me in shock but smiled.
"Tell me about it." Gerard said.
"Well it needs some work doing to it, so that's in the next 3 months. There is 3 bedrooms and there's loads of space in the rooms, our room even has a en suite. It's bigger than your place Gee and it's in a nicer neighborhood. It's perfect for us." I said and Gerard smiled.
"I want to see it." Gerard said and I smiled.
"But can we afford the apartment and for the work that needs to be done? We're going to have a extra mouth to feed so we need to make sure we can afford it." Gerard said.
"Ma and dad are going to pay the work on the house as a house warming present. My mate actually owns the apartment and he said he would rent it to us for on the cheap. We can afford it Gee." I said feeling really excited about this.
"They don't have to do that. But your being serious here? You absolutely sure we can afford it because I won't be able to work for over a year, so you won't be getting much income from me. You just have the coffee shop your working at. That won't be enough to support the four of us in the apparent." Gerard said and I smiled at the way his brain was ticking over working out everything.
"I Said they didn't have to but I wanted to stay close to you because your now at the final stage of being pregnant. Yes I'm being serious here Gee, we can afford it as ma and dad also agreed help us while your on maturity leave as we call it." I said and Gerard smiled and ran his hand over his bump and you could see the baby kick though his top which made me smile.
"Like I said I want to see it first before I say yes to this." Gerard said and I moved forward being careful not to wake Seth up and kissed Gee a little harder than I thought.
"Don't, literally all I want to do is have you fuck the brains out of me right now." Gerard said quietly.
"Can do that if you want." I said and Gerard looked at me and rolled his eyes.
"We are not doing it in the hospital and I am not leaving Seth on his own so I just have to suck it up." Gerard said and I chuckled.
"Looks like you have to suck it up." I said and Gerard groaned.
"Hate being pregnant and horny." Gerard muttered.

I had to go home and get some clean clothes for Gerard and Seth and get Seth teddy along with some stuff for us to do and some books for Seth's bedtime.
Seth was cuddled into Gerard side listening to Gerard read him a story and looking at the pictures in the book and pointing at it.
"It's bedtime now baby." Gerard said quietly and Seth nodded and cuddled down under his batman blanket he loved and cuddled this tatty looking cloth and cuddled into Gerard's side.
"Night night daddy. Night night papa." Seth mumbled as he fell asleep.
I couldn't help but break out into a huge smile.
"He called me papa." I said happily and looked at Gerard who had a smile on his face.
"Looks like you not backing out of this relationship any time soon." Gerard chuckled.
"I wasnt going to back out anyway. I love you guys too much to let you go." I said and Gerard smiled.
"I love you too Frank." Gerard said quietly and I moved so I was stood next to Gerard and kissed him which he returned.
I looked down at his bump and saw the baby moving.
"She has the hiccups. She normally has the hiccups before she settles down for the night." Gerard said and I smiled and put my hand on his stomach and felt her have the hiccups which was cute.
"Can't wait to meet her and see who she looks like and whose personality she's got." I said and Gerard chuckled a little.
"Frankie gone broody?" Gerard asked.
"Might be, anyway you can't say much you was in a serious brood the other day." I said and Gerard smiled and put his hands on top of mine.
"I'll allowed, and I wasn't brooding I was nesting thank you very much." Gerard said and I smiled.

Gerard had settled down for the night and he was asleep with Seth cuddled into his chest.
I was sat in the chair, which wasn't comfy what so ever, and looked at my sleeping family.
For the first time in a very long time I felt happy and my life had a purpose.
"I promise I'm going to look after you guys." I said quietly and tried to get comfy in this chair which wasn't going to be easy.

Hospital chairs are literally the most uncomfortable things to try and sleep in..
