Frank's POV:

"Gee, I have to go home quickly. I will be back tomorrow morning. Remember, I'm signing us out of school." I say to him and give him a soft kiss. We pull back but don't move very far, his forehead is resting on mine.

"Okay Frankie. I'll miss you beautiful." He says and kisses me again. He's so perfect and amazing. I'm so happy that we are together.

I walk to my house which is surprisingly not far away. He is basically my neighbor. I walk in the door and close it quietly, hoping my Dad won't hear. I would say my mom too but she died of cancer last year.

"Are you home faggot!" I hear my father slur. He's most likely drunk. I stand corrected. He stumbles into the entrance Way and reeks of booze. He glares at me. "Where have you been faggot?" He spits out.

"School sir." I say quietly and hoping he doesn't notice the time. I feel something hard come into contact with my face and I'm sprawled across the floor.

"Don't lie to me faggot! I bet you were out fucking some slut." He hisses. He continues to kick and punch me. He snarls at me then stumbles off most likely to get another drink. I drag myself to my room and lay on my bed. I check my phone. Three messages. One from Gee. One from Mikey. One from an unknown number.

From: Gee
Hey babe. Miss you. Can't wait for tomorrow! XOG

Aww, he's so cute and kiddish. He is too innocent for this harsh world.

From: Mikey
Hey bud! Gee told me you are dating. Congrats! Treat him well please. Thanks for getting us a day off of school. See ya tomorrow!

I wish I had a brother like Mikey. Him and Gee get along so well.

Hello Frank. You don't know who I am yet but I would like to say sorry. I would like to talk to you and your friends at school when you can. Just text me a time and place. Again, I feel terrible. Thanks.

Hey babe. I miss you too. I'm going to treat you and Mikey to a nice day out. I'm going to go to bed now. Night Gee!

To Mikey
Hey dude. Thanks! I will treat him like a queen. No prob about the day off of school. I want to give you both a treat. It's also kind of like a welcome to the neighbourhood gift. See ya and night Mikey!

To: Unknown Number
Hello whoever this is. Me and my friends aren't at school tomorrow. We will be there Thursday though. Meet us in the art hall at lunch. This better not be a scam. I trust you not bring anyone other than yourself. See you then.

With that I throw my phone on my dresser and fall asleep.

God fucking damnit! It's only 5 am! Gee and Mikey won't be up yet! Well at least I have time to find a nice outfit and put on makeup to hide my bruises. I grab my best band shirt and put that on. I find my best and tightest skinny jeans and wrestle with those to get them on. Damn, how long have I been taking to get dressed? It's already 5:30! I walk into the bathroom and grab my makeup. A little foundation and concealer to cover up the bruises and some eyeliner and eyeshadow. I grab my hair straightener and start to work on my hair. Perfect! It's already 6:30. I guess I will text Gee it see if he's up yet.

To:Gee
Hey babe! Just text me when you are up and want me to come over.

Now to wait. I grab a batman comic and start to read and wait for my phone to buzz. I get half way through the comic when my phone buzzes.

From: Gee
Morning Sweetheart! Come over whenever! Mikey is still asleep so just feel free to walk in. I'll be in my room okay?

To: Gee
I'll be right over. See you soon beautiful!

I send and smile. I sneak out of my house and walk over. I see a note on the door, it's from Gee.

'Hey Frankie <3
Doors are open. Take this note down when you come in please. Thanks Sweetie!'

I walk in and take the note off the door and put it in my pocket. I walk to his room and open the door. He's quite oblivious because he's sitting on his bed reading and he didn't hear me. I decide to jump ontop of him and he lets out a little squeal.

"Frankie! Jeez babe! You fucking scared me. Give your boyfriend a kiss." He says sweetly and I kiss him and giggle. I'm sitting on his lap and his arms are around my waist.

"Hey Gee! I missed you. I wish I didn't have to go home. I wish I could stay with you." I say almost whiny. He giggles and kisses me again. One of his hands reach my face and I wince. He frowns and pulls back.

"You okay baby? I know those guys hit you pretty badly but you didn't have any bruises there. Did they get you again? What happened baby?" He asks worriedly. I feel my eyes start to fill with tears. I know not to lie to him. He will figure it out sooner or later.

"Not the bullies. My dad. He's an alcoholic. He beats me and when I'm gone for too long the punishments get worse. It's always been that way." I say quietly. He frowns and holds me close.

"Baby, how can I fix this for you? You need a better life than that. We are going to fix this sweetheart. I'm getting my own house soon. I can ask my parents if you can stay here until then. Once I get my house we will move in together okay? I need to protect you. You are my little angel. I can't let you get hurt. This may be too soon but I love you Frankie." He says to me and kisses my hands softly. I smile and snuggle into him.

"Just be around me Gee. That's all I need. Thank you so much for everything that you do for me. I don't need anyone else but you and Mikey. You guys are the most amazing people I have ever met. I love you too Gee. More than the world. I love you has never been easier for me to say." I tell him and he continues peppering me with kisses. I hear the door open but apparently Gee doesn't. Gee continues kissing me and holding me until he hears a voice.

"Knew it. I knew I would find you making out and cuddling. Congrats you two. I heard your conversations. Gee's squeals woke me up. We don't want you going back to an abusive household Frank. Your boyfriend and best friend don't want you hurt." Mikey says and walks in and sits beside us. I smile and Gee giggles.

"Thank you guys so much. Should probably talk to your parents about it though. Thank you boyfriend Gee and best friend Mikey. You guys are the best." I say and we all huddle into a group hug.
