The room was deadly quiet, I didn't know what to say, then he started to laugh.

"I'm just joking" god hes a bad liar, this laugh was fake his smile was fake, good god.

"Frank?"

"Y-yeah?"

"You're a really bad liar..."

The room goes quiet again as he looks down.

"how'd you know....." he asked, his voice was barely over a whisper

"it wasn't too hard to see"

"I'm sorry...please don't hate me..."

"I don't hate you frank" I say smiling lightly

"Thank you...."

"This is abit awkward now...."I say

We sat there again looking over at each over in silence, we were surprisingly close on the sofa, I didn't know what to feel, things seem crazy right now, then suddenly my lips were on his and I had no idea what I was doing.

He pulls back suddenly

"Fuck, I'm sorry, I don't know why I did that" I rush out my word trying to find a way out

He looked just a shocked as I was, then I started crying. God, I'm great aren't I, now I'm not talking little whimpers and shit, no, I'm full blown weeping, sobbing, god kill me now.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry"

We see the head lights coming straight on at us

I was in the Bronx with him that night too

He honked the horn he tried to swerve out of the way but we didn't get too in time

he never made it to the hospital

I yelled but it was too late, the crash was loud, how we stopped had the other car hit the driver's side, He was nearly dead by the time it took me to realize what happened

I barely got to say goodbye

"Frank! Frank! COME ON, COME ON, NOT HERE PLEASE FRANK GET UP" I was yelling trying to get him out, he smiled

He was gone, for the last time, why is this what happened.

"NO, NO NOT AGAIN, COME ON, PLEASE!"

I snap out of it suddenly, I had reimaged the whole event, with Frank I was crying but I didn't know if it was what I saw, who I saw him as or what I had to do. It was terrifying.

His arms were around me and I made no effort to recompose myself, I don't know what part of that was real and what part of that was my own imagination

"It's okay" he repeated this over and over in a calm voice

"It happened again, I saw it all again, but it wasn't him" I say this through tears, I'm surprised when he knows what I'm saying

"what do you mean?" he asked moving away from me

"It wasn't him...it was you...I don't know why, god, I'm losing my mind Frank...I'm losing my mind"

"what happened?"

"I-I can't" I shake my head, I've started to calm down, thank god

"I'm sorry" I mutter

I was going to end it with Frank being a figment of his imagination or a ghost that was unhappy about how Gerard never got to say goodbye but then I started to cry while writing so I didn't....whoops
