Safe me from myself.

Frank's POV

I heard someone sobbing and saying something but I couldn't hear what they was saying because they was sobbing so much.
I opened my eyes and quickly shut them again because wherever I was the light was too bright.

"AW shit I'm dead aren't I?" I said and the person stopped sobbing and I felt arms round my neck and a body just collapsing on top of me.
"Can't breath." I muttered.
" Shit I'm sorry." A voice said and they moved from me.
"Am I dead?" I asked quietly.
"No. No your dead frank." The voice said.
"Then why is the light so fucking bright?" I groaned.
"Your in hospital Frank." They said sadly.
"Why am I in this shithole?" I asked.
"Frank look at me." The voice said and I looked over and saw Gerard.
"You nearly killed yourself." Gerard said quietly.
"But I didn't." I said and looked down.

"They gonna send me away aren't they? Shit fuck why cant I for once not fuck anything up." I said and sat up which was a big mistake.
" Lie back down." Gerard said quietly and gently pushed me back down.
"I can't go back Gee I can't." I said quickly.
" Shush shush, its okay." Gerard said softly.
"I can't go back, if I go back I'll never get out again." I said and felt my eyes well up with tears.
"I'm going to everything I can to make sure you don't go on a ward. But dad has spoken to people and he's fighting your corner as hard as he can to make sure you don't go on a ward. But at the moment of time the doctors are saying that you have to stay on a ward for 6 weeks and after that they'll reassess you and only then they'll decided whether they'll send you away or not." Gerard explained.
"Well I'm going to be fucked, they'll look at my record and decide straight away that I'm a risk to everyone." I said quickly.
Gerard got hold of my hand and squeezed it.
"We are all going to fight you corner and get you back home to me, to all of us. Your part of the family now and we won't give up on you Frank." Gerard said and I looked down.
"Everyone else has given up on me, why should you all be the same?" I spat and looked at Gerard hard.
"Because I won't let them give up on you. You have always been there for me and fighting my corner. Now its my turn to be here for you and support you as much as I can." Gerard said and my expression softened.
"I'll let you get some rest as you look bushed." Gerard said and stood up and kisses my forehead and he went to walk off.
"Stay." I said and grabbed hold of Gerard's hand.
Gerard turned round and smiled at me.
"You don't even have to ask." Gerard said and walked round and he sat on the bed and kicked his shoes off and lead down on the bed.
I rolled over and faced him.
"Let me look after you. You've looked after me enough times now its time for me to do the same to you." Gerard said softly and moved some hair out my eyes which made me smile.
"Roll over and let me be big spoon. Let me let you know that you are safe." Gerard said and I nodded and rolled over and Gerard pulled me to his chest and he kissed the back of my head and being careful of all the wires which was attached to me.
"Sleep, I'll be here when you wake up." Gerard whispered and I felt my eyes getting heavy and I fell asleep feeling safe and believing Gerard which is something I have never done before.
