A Life in Hell
Snatch and Grab
Sidney's POV
I'd been following this guy for quite a while now. His face, his body, everything about him was perfect. And, on top of that, his firetruck red hair made him easy to follow in a crowd. I had been following him for weeks, just waiting for the opportunity to strike. When I saw him leave his house, I knew it was what I had been waiting for. I drove about 30 feet behind him. My van is dark enough that he didn't notice me, and his red hair made it impossible for me to lose him.
I saw him sit down. I listened to him hum to the forest, probably subconsciously. I smelled his cologne, carried to me by the wind. I tasted my victory. I felt that pretty boy in my hands, and my fingers twitched in anticipation.
I put on my mask, and drenched a cloth in chloroform before opening the door to my van and hovering, waiting for the right moment. He checked his phone, sighed, then stretched his arms above his head. I knew I wouldn't get a more opportune moment than this. I leapt forwards, grabbed his hands in my left, and shoved my cloth in front of his mouth. The boy struggled, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle, and it certainly didn't last long.
His head rolled backwards and that beautiful red hair fell away from his eyes. I scanned his face as I scooped him into my arms and carried him back to van. I opened the door, placed the man on the floor in front of me, and used a piece of cloth to blindfold him. I slid the now blindfolded man into the cage, closed both sets of doors, then jumped into the driver's seat. I had someone to deliver.
